I was supposed to have a large item picked up by Pilot Freight, who apparently outsourced the work to Kemco. Terrible experience. No one showed during the 4 hour pickup window yesterday and I received zero communications. Then, after tracking them down through Pilot I was told (after waiting 6 hours and being assured they'd still come) that the driver had run out of time for the day and I'd need to wait through a new 4 hour window the following day.
Well here we are the following day and I'm currentrly going on hour 6 of my 4 hour window, again with zero communications. Terrible! I called them and was told the driver may arrive between hours 6-7. So their 4 hour window is really a 13 hour window, spread across 2 days. Not that I'm holding my breath for someone to actually show up today. These guys make Comcast customer service look good.

Kemco trucking is the best in the business when it comes to the trucking industry. Where the drivers go above and beyond for the customer. I am just amazed by The professionalism that they provide. They are always on time with their pick up and delivery I look forward to continuing my relationship with this company God bless y'all Changed my mind. A driver threw up gang signs at me when he left my warehouse. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LOGISITICS COMPANY! Sam's Club booked this company to pick up a return shipment and after 3 failed attempts (2 of which they never contacted me to cancel, they just didn't show up) I finally got them to do their job and pick up the return. Customer Service (Peter) was not only rude and unprofessional, but lied to me saying they didn't have a pickup scheduled for the date/time originally agreed upon under my name. Worst experience I ever had with any logistics company and their employees have no sense of worth, nor quality.

Mallely was the supervisor we spoke to after being hung up on by another associate. The issue we had with delivery was not resolved. The communication was poor and we were called liars. The drivers claim they waited 17 minutes outside our home for us to answer. This is not true as we were calling back 5 minutes after a missed call and did not see anyone.
They were unwilling to return and only wanted to argue what our floor mat and garage color looked like to prove they came and left. We will not be ordering from home depot anymore either because of how stressful it was to take a day off work only to be told we have to wait another 2 weeks for a rescheduled delivery.

Kemco came through for me when Pilot completely failed us. They were helpful, friendly, easy to work with and went out of their normal delivery area to take care of us. I would absolutely recommend them! Big shout out to Kathy in the office who took my multiple calls while I was extremely frustrated with Pilot and was quick to help me resolve the problem and get my product transferred to Kemco so that it could be delivered! Also to the gentleman who called regarding my scheduled delivery and made it work (I am sorry I didn't get your name) Thank You!

The company is successful because of its focus on customer service, efforts to move freight as quickly as possible and good attitude. I work with Kemco daily and they never let me know. Communication and hard work is definitely a part of their core values. There's nothing we cannot ask these guys! Ordered some blinds from Lowes. Kemco delivered. The boxes were huge and would not fit into the elevator. The delivery person, Orlando, helped me open the boxes and remove the blinds so I could get them up to the 28th floor. He was great. Pleasant and helpful and no complaining. His assistance was really appreciated.
