Would not use this company booked a load with them it was not a food grade load i deadhead 94 miles they rejected my trailer said it was dirty they wouldn't let us sweep it out they said they was going home in few minutes then I load a load of bottle water right after this didn't even have to sweep it out shipper just lazy and didn't want to load trailer

We had a few issues on the previous load, and working with Andy Barnett in Kingsgate he was able to help us out to still get loaded and be home by Friday. He kept in contact with dispatch, our driver and the customer the entire way and ended up working really well. I would do business with again for sure. Andromeda Trucking LLC

I am representative of carrier company Buildings Falcon Inc, we did a load for that company - with broker Jared. I booked a load with 9 am delivery in Utah, although when my driver arrived to Delivery - they told us it is 1 PM appointment, broker just lied us about it, he promised to pay the detention but in few days told us - he will not. We just lost the whole day in Utah because of that liar. Put this company in BLACK LIST Awful service

Booked load with this broker (load#0563265). Has pickup in Lineage of Decatur AL. Appointment for pickup was scheduled at 2PM. Driver checked in with precooled reefer around 1pm, but lady from the shipping office said: "its will be a while, your load is not ready." So they finished after 9pm. Applied for detention to broker - declined. We knew them as fair people and had a good experience before, but not at this time( So disappointing.

Chantal is awsome! I have been working with Chantal for over a year now in the carrier capacity. It's great because we have good communications with each other and we know we can count on each other to get the load covered. She is very professional and her customer service skills are excellent. Everytime I call she answers the phone and treats me like family. I have been moving loads for Kingsgate for over 8 years now, They're very honest and reliable specially Leah Burris and Nick Lisena. I don't have any complaints and recommend other carrier to use Kingsgate. They're accounting department is also very easy to work with and they pay on time on all loads. Keep up the good work.
