I would linke to file a complain. Today around 7:30 after I finish unloading cargo wanted to use your toilet but lady that was on duty on the yard told me that im not allowed to do so. She said that i can go outside and pee on the street. There was plenty of room, at the moment there were only 2 trucks. Is this is how people should be treated?

On one occasion I was unloading but the power steering on the steering wheel was broken and I had a hard time parking on the unloading ramp and the workers who were there for unloading asked me if I was drunk. Important except that nonsense everything was ok

They lost our shipment to canada in Schipol 2, 5 ton 4 pieces ( not 10 kilos ) very poor and unreliable service for an air carrier such as KLM. Christam time and Congestion are not excluses.dear KLM do not accept bookings if you are not able to manage congestions.

They loose everty time pur shipment boxes. Even claims from januari 2018 they stil not credit to is. Today 14th october 2018 they can not tell us where our whole plate is. Lost 204 boxes and no answers. They jus do not know where my shipment is. Highest charges but service is 000000000

The overall Cargo is a horrible place. The experience is terrible. They expect you to know where you're going even if it's your first time there. I went to pick up living animals (2 cats) and the overall experience was bad, with a couple of exceptions
