What a joke, for over 3 years been trying to get with this company and everything it's a different excuse. Me and wife combined have over 15 years experience yet every year they say wait another year. We have no accidents and run over 20,000 miles a month. Yet they still deny us, base on an infraction my wife got 13 years ago. Guess company's aren't looking for hard running teams anymore.

My wife and I have worked here for one month now. First thing is first, it has been 110% honesty from the first phone call. "Heather Kellogg" is the first recruiter we have came across in this industry to be 110% honest! No telling you what you want to hear bs, just the truth! give her a call! Buy far they have the nicest facilities, driver lounge, full kitchen, showers and laundry ect ect.

Have treated and talked to with the up most respect. So after being here for 2 weeks it was my birthday, I received a birthday card with cash in it! To some that's not a big deal, and it's not the dollar amount that matters to me. It's the fact that first you acknowledge my birthday, second of all it was cash! The fact that it wasn't a gift card that could be used for a write off, or a ball cap and a shirt to advertise the company!

But an actual gift. To me thats very honorable, and I'm thankful for the gesture! Our dispatcher "Ned" has been great at running us the way we like to run. As of this moment this is the best trucking company I have found in West Michigan yet. 10 starts, 110% honesty, friendly family atmosphere. Would recommend this company to any driver looking for a home. I wish I would have came here sooner and look forward to working here for years to come! Thank you Koleaseco trucking!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Keep trying to call and leave messages to get hired but no one will call back that's fine bye me tho! I have nearly 3 years experience no tickets no accident and Found a company willing to hire me for 6 cents more with better equipment at jett trucking!

Best company I've ever worked for. All the staff are fantastic and really helpful. The equipment is great and so are the runs and you get paid after every load. Also they have a monthly bonus which is very achievable. Great company to work for!

Lady Driver of Trk # 2107 was setting between two fuel lines and when another truck tryed to pull up to fuel pumps she gave them the finger and before they could move she started pulling forward and damaged front headlight, finder, and both mirrors on driver side of truck and then said it was the other drivers falt, and the co driver said that he would have ran over the driver, they both used abusive language. That is not professional and we are all out here to make a living, safety as possible.

Back in a manual long hood.can't say what I like more. automatic with many extras or the shifting of gears. So I posted pics of my last truck and 2021(2020 now)kw900. as you've read.great people in the office.no complaints. (Seems I can get a new truck around every 300000.miles.)

Critical: Professionalism You guys really should teach your drivers how to drive responsibility and not try and run drivers off the road and throw up middle fingers and purposely swerve into other drivers lanes! So professional! Great to know you guy teach your drivers to drive recklessly.

My fiancee and I are so happy that we found Koleaseco. This is hands down a driver appreciated company. Great equipment, excellent pay and friendly-respectful staff. Are they perfect? No, but then neither are we. This is our last job. We will retire here.

I worked for them for 4 months or so and though I could do better somewhere else. We were broke down for a few weeks out by LA. I called Heather in safety and hiring and filled her in on my situation. I left Koleaseco with a 2 week notice and on good terms. She called me back put me in a hotel and on a plane Ontario to Dallas and Dallas TX to Grand Rapids Mi on Friday and went back to work the next Monday.

These people never charged me a dime even though they owed me nothing. I'm a 26 year driver and I understand that no place is perfect but that part is trucking in general. I'm treated with respect, have a nice 389 Peterbilt to drive, if something is wrong or unsafe its fixed. I run between 14 and 15'000 miles a month never a shortage of miles the bonus for that amount is between $700 and $900 paid usually before the 10th of the mounth and no force dispatch!

Home times are scheduled when you need it and really where ever you want to take it. Another plus is we use Transflo and once you send it in by the next 800 AM you are paid 48 hours later which is nice to have money flowing in all the time. And you can live just about anywhere from MI south and to the west coast. Lots of CA, WA, TX, AZ. Its basically office furniture out which is no touch and produce back to MI area. Well there you have stay safe and motor easy.
