Decent company for a young driver with 1 year experience but he has to be willing to run hard to get paid.

If you want to be left in the middle of the desert with no pay and no place to sleep, go work for these people. This company has no ethics, no integrity, and no dignity in my mind. Read on if you're interested about why. On 11/3/2021 they told me I had to stop my truck and that I couldn't drive because my medical was due to expire on 11/4. I explained that my medical card didn't expire until 11/14 and was told to stop driving anyway.

I immediately made an appointment to renew my medical card on 11/5 and it was renewed on 11/5 a full 9 days before my old medical card expired. I sent a photo to lexmar dispatch, and on Monday 11/8 they sent someone to recover the truck telling me that I was disqualified from driving because my medical card was expired. I had to remove all of my personal items into my car and live in my car, while they told me that I still had my job, but couldn't work.

I lived in my car for a month on about $400 over Thanksgiving, all the way up until I just gave up on this place. What type of company unseats an out of state driver and leaves their employees stranded in a desert (Coachella, California) two weeks before Thanksgiving? A spineless company does. That's what Lexmar is. A spineless company that doesn't care about its own driver employees. Shame on you Lexmar! Lexmar is a disgrace! No wonder you're loosing your accounts. You should fire your safety team.

I have worked here for nearly 20 years and have found a work home that is very hard to beat. LDI has always been able to provide a stable environment for my families needs over the years. I would highly recomend LDI Trucking if you want some place to make a living and still be able to have a personal life.

Went here for an interview and the general manager was incapable of explaining how they paid. The ad and recruiter said.70 per mile and I drove all the way here to find out it's.55 base. Just Wow! Thanks for wasting my time.

I've been working here for about 7 months now. Equipment is outstanding, I've nothing but good experiences with the staff and dispatch and the local work flow is great. Been with 3 other companies in 4 years and this one is the best one to date. To my fellow Marines out there who are transitioning from the 3531 field to civilian life get your CDL and apply here.

Great place to work. Management has favorites who are allowed to get a way with so much. I learned a lot about the transportation industry. Third shift is a great place to start and learn the job however you get stuck on third shift due to never ending job freezes.

Great training and professionalism with management and good morale among co-workers. Good benefits and fairly healthy work/life balance. Good and up to date tech and mechanical equipment. Pay rate was good but I needed more that is why had to leave.
