Utilize eTruck to make business decisions faster and impact your bottom line. Remote diagnostic capabilities linking the shop directly to the truck through the driver eTruck mobile application. Provide Liberty with a list of vehicles you would like to enroll in eTruck by filling out our "Service Level 3 Agreement".

Fantastic place with amazing staff who go above and beyond! My husband and I bough our first 5th wheel and we needed a new hitch installed in our Dodge Ram. Since we were newbies, we had a lot of questions and needed quite a bit of help. The staff really went above and beyond to help us, everyone from Brandy at the front desk, answering all my emails/calls, to the install mechanic ( so sorry, I cannot remember his name) walking me through the hitch and process, down to the owner who ensured we had the correct hitch and components. My 2001 Tiffin Motor Home broke down. I could not get it to start, and I was in a very tight spot! Long story short, Brandy (the shop mgr) got me gone in less than 24 hours! No appt, I just showed up. Jonathan (the tech who worked on it) found the root cause of my neutral safety switch going bad. A bolt had backed out at the steering column, making the shifter very loose. >$550 later, I am back on my Yankee, snowbird way to Florida! Very fast, very reliable, VERY reasonable. I just love these guys!

I brought my vehicle in to repair an exhaust leak. I was charged for the repair and new parts were not installed nor was leak fixed. When I went to retrieve my vehicle I was in a hurry and didn't take time to look over the "repair". What did happen to be certain is my brand new battery was cooked due to something that happened between drop off and retrieval of vehicle.
I was forced to purchased another battery, and also payed for a service that was never completed. Their ability to complete a repair comes into question as well as their inter company communication due to myself being charged for a non-repair. I'm very disappointed with my experience here and would definitely not recommend doing business with them. I wonder if this is the standard we should expect? My standards are higher.

10/10 The team of guys here are absolutely fantastic. Charlie and Eddie were the ones that helped me specifically and Eddie went way out of his way to help me when my truck was brought in. Whoever is in charge, you have a great bunch of guys there. Thank you so much you guys. I'm from Tx and it was extremely refreshing to find such helpful and friendly people here in VA. They really made the hassle of a break down bearable. Take care guys.

We are so happy that we found this place. I have gone to other places to do the state inspection and Liberty Equipment Repair is the best. Ryan was very professional, kind and friendly. We are definitely coming back next year and we are definitely going to recommend Liberty Equipment Repair to everyone I know. I read the bad reviews and decided to give them a call anyways. Sunday afternoon I had a check engine light come on. I limped it to a hotel in town. They were the closest repair shop to me. Called them they said bring it in and they would have a tech look at it. They got me in at 1pm and had me on the road by 4:15 PM. Ben was my tech he diagnosed and fixed my issue promptly.
I've been on the road for 35years and been to a lot shops and would definitely recommend and use these guy's again. It's been over a week and truck is running great. Thnx guy's.

I was traveling home in my RV and started having issues. I had to stop driving and stay at a local campground. Next morning my husband called and Mark got me an appointment ASAP and they fixed it and got me back on the road the next day. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. I was traveling alone with my three dogs and they really took care of us. I would highly recommend this repair shop!

This place is a complete rip off! Went to fix my A/C in my Freightliner and this guys were asking for $1,500. I could get 2 A/C units for trucks for that price down in Tampa FL that's a crazy price for an Air compressor and the air dryer. They charge $145 an hour. I don't recommend this place at all. Good thing.they have a good guy behind the counter that tells you everything straight up and that's about it. Prices way to high!
