Worst company ever! I booked a load, broker told me that he will send me RC shortly and after that nothing. He never answered his phone. And when I tried to call main number of this company, they have respond after 10 calls. They told me that they will try to see what is going on, and they hang up after 1 minute, and after that they have never answered again.

They dont appreciate our time! If you find cheaper carrier and you want to cancel the load, you can call and tell that, that is not a problem. Problem is that you never call again.

On 6/13/2022 Monday, i booked a load with Jorge Rodriguez from West Palm Beach, FL to Panama City, FL After my driver made it to the pickup and sitting there for few hours i asked Jorge what is his detention policy and he was avoiding my question whole day. After sitting there for 6,7 hours he replied back to me saying that the customer is not paying detention at all. When i called him, apparently he was at lunch and another rude gentleman answered the phone and was giving me attitude. Do not work with this broker anymore!

Worst company to work with, the Miami office will steal money from you. Be prepared to have some back charges, even if the receiver told you that everything was OK. If you complaint they will be rude and unprofessional with you.

Stay away from this company! I booked a load with them in the morning, they were not sending the rate con. I called them 20 times, and they were saying give us 10 more minutes, the load is good for sure, sending shorthly. 5 hours later I called to see what is going on and get a TONU and they were extremely rude, saying this load is already covered and hanging up the phone. I will never book a load with them again.

I hauled for one of their agents out of North Carolina an I had a great experience with him always answered when I called so over all very good broker

This company will give you a load with no intention of giving you detention. They don't believe in compensate you for your time for detention. I spent 4.5 hours at the shipper and 7 hours at the receiver. When I was done delivering the cargo. I was informed I would not be compensated for my detention, despite the fact that I arrived an hour early.

It states that it will be delivered as soon as possible or at 5 a.m. the following day. I arrived at 4 a.m. and only talked from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. They're claiming that they don't pay for detention. But that isn't stated anywhere. If you've been there for more than two hours, LEAVE! Why should you stay if they aren't paying?

Worst broker ever.if you book a load with this people just be prepared for someone to call you back and cancel you load.it means someone also booked the load for less money.they canceled loads on me 3 times in one day.and 2 other same day back in February. Please this broker is nothing to rely on

Don't book a load with this brokerage company. If they find cheaper carrier they will cancel the load with you. They did it with us after booking a load they found cheaper carrier and canceled the load. When we spoke with shipper told everything was good with this load. James is the liar

Did a load for those guys, got BOL with check in and check out times signed by shipper and after 20 wasted days broker saying that client will not pay detention with no reason. Broker Andy Weeks Senior Account Manager. No more business with those guys.

Agents beware if/when you decide to leave LDI to start your own business free of them any money they still owe you will remain that way. You will have to hire a lawyer and a collections company to recover the money you earned. Personally I have yet to hear of an agent leaving LDI and getting all the money they were still owed, You must keep accurate reports because i also found them moving loads out of my office and putting them in corp. management and what they called open territory. before you sign ask them to provide referrals from agents that are no longer working with them but still in the industry.

I bet they struggle to find any past agents that will say they were paid without having to hire someone to collect for them. LDI management seems to think because they are bigger than the agent that left they can just refuse/avoid/ignore paying you. Don't let them get away with this! They will even lie and say that once you leave they can hold all your payments until all invoices are paid by all customers (unless they have fixed their contract) this is not true!

When there are changes in the company like ownership, management. or your agent recruiter do not expect to be kept in the loop. they seem to think they do not need to let you know the real health of the company. There are so many better options out there for agents with a book of business. Do your research!

Terrible experience with RYAN WATTS ("broker") at Logistics Dynamics LLC He can tell you anything just to book the load. In our case he lied about delivery hours, he told us receiver is 24/7 which was lie receiver was open only by 3. In the end of the day we sent 6 email, no reply. We called multiple times, no reply include manager Eric, left him voicemail, no respond. Great job Logistics Dynamics LLC! Great job RYAN WATTS!

Spoke to Joseph Lavalle about correcting his post on a load board. False advertising is false advertising. Oh, I wasnt having a bad day and my skin is plenty thick as you can see. I wouldnt work with a company who has a brittle employee that can't handle criticism. This was his response.

First of all they gave me the wrong shipper address next they said it was illegal to drive with no bol, which im totally aware of that, their shipper did not give me any paper work which they usually do, now because i havent booked 5 loads with them im not eligeble to get quick pay so i have to wait 30 days for my money

Does this company even pickup the phone? After doing a load for them I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to do a load verification with ANYONE. I tied calling different departments (Accounting, Dispatch, etc) and NO ONE answers phone. Our company utilizes a factoring company and they cannot get of hold of anyone neither to answer the phone to do a rate verification. Meaning without doing so they cannot fund us. Completely unprofessional. Joe Garcia was our broker. He does not answer calls. Stay away from this broker. Will not use again.

Their broker in Colorado office Tom, very rude, hangs up on you and uses foul language and hangs up again. Its so sad how such big brokerage should be represented by such horrible dispatchers. We just wanted to ask info of the load he posted, he simply hung up. I called again, he said Stop F"""ing calling us. Why would you post a load if you dont want carriers to call you?

I've had really good dealings with this company so far! Brittany Davis has been amazing! I've had one issue so far and she totally handled it to my satisfaction. If I have questions, she's pretty quick with a response and she doesn't harass me on a day to day like (TQL). Do what ya want but I look forward to more loads in the future thrue these folks!

Don't work with Bryan Levi. We are having difficulties with delivery. We tried to call him, the phone always redirects to the voicemail. Reply to your message within 2-3 hours without any updates. Ignores your questions, and does not solve them. I do not recommend working with this agent.

This is Aj with Triple T Truckingllc out of Lake, Ms. Brittney Davis out of B'ham Alabama is a wonderful person to haul for, been working with her for almost 2yrs. She's straight up n on the money! Never had a issue n if we did we worked it out! Been in this trucking business over 32yrs. hauled for a lot of Broker's n shippers n Brittney is rite on!

She also runs my Hotshot unit! No complaints ther neither! My wife Kathy n I enjoy doing business with her! She's Great! Hope to continue for yrs to come till I call it quits! Old School Trucker here! Never been more expressed! Thank you Brittney!

Ok yes please don't work with those as holes. The first time I booked a load with them, the information they told me is not what was on the paperwork, when I got to the receiver they asked me to leave my trailer for 48 hours. when I called them they told me to shut up and rent well I forgot I booked a load of others with them, he told me the load is 4092 pounds on the paperwork, put something else, give him a call, he told me I call him a liar, so he accused himself. I have other issue with them.
