This is the best logistics company that I have done business with. Yes and I have been doing this for 30+ years. They have wonderful customer service. The folks at Logistics Plus CARE about you and do their best to take care of you. This includes when there are problems with carriers that happen from time to time. They go to bat for you. I highly recommend Logistics Plus.

There are other companies out there which have not answered the phone after 5 PM, put me on endless hold because it was 4:59 PM, or not responded to e mail inquiries after hours. Logistics Plus is the BEST. And this is our actual experience.

Great 3rd Party Logistics company that I use daily. Website is easy to navigate and their team is very helpful. If an issue arises with one of the common carriers (which is out of their control) they are quick to contact them and resolve the problem. My company has been doing business with them for many years & will continue to do so.

Dear drivers avoid this company. My driver spent about 5 hours at the shipper. The broker denied to pay detention. Load ATG1121235 broker Ravinder Mathur. They don't respect the Drivers job.

I have worked with Andy, Cassie and team for years with many issues from scheduling to rerouting with freight companies domestic and import. All handled timely and satisfactorily. Easy online scheduling. Not only do they help me with what I don't know but do not make me feel stupid. They are my team and I can't work without them!

Scam artists, will charge you 200% more then what other company's charge. Do not do business with this shady company. They will give you one price, then tax on another 10 charges. Scam company.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. They were absolutely the worst shipping company we dealt with ever. For the first shipment: they picked it up then lost a box in the process. We had to run through a long tedious claim process to get the value back. For the second shipment: they also lost another box! Of course that lost box was going to a customer who charged us late fees.

This is not the worst part. What's worse is that they first admitted losing the box. Then once they found it was a high value item they blamed it on us! And we had to go through very lengthy claim process while suffering the lost value and waiting months! Stay away from these people. They are not professional and they are not honest.
