Good broker/carrier if you want to get played by. Driver ran over a rope that was already previously broken and just tied into a knot. Broker sent me item number for the barricade. I offered to pay the $400 part that's held on by 4 bolts, but they decided to hold $2,537.50. They have been waiting to hear back from customer almost 3 months now apparently. Will be filing on their bond with National Casualty co if not resolved soon.

The most scandalous company ive seen in a while! My fiance went into this company with absolutely nothing we were struggling to pay bills as it was. They promised to help and do whatever else they promised. He asked about a truck that he knew about that was for sale well the company president and whoever else went to see the truck and supposedly test drove it and everything then put the money up for it.

All was good until the truck started having problems. I keep replaying it all in my head that i thought someone had test drove this truck. Needless to say i dont think anyone did. Theyve left him stranded and told him to camp out somewhere for a few nights until they could have things resolved. This point im going crazy not knowing what to do. So i myself went several hours and a couple states away to get him.

They are so family oriented they left him like that and me taking what little money we had to go get him because everyone seems to go on vacation all the time or too busy playing games on their phones taking naps or something of the sort. So here we are being put out of our apartment with nothing at all. They took the escrow he built up his last check and insurance money from an accident that he was paid. Is this company family oriented?

No not at all. Please dont go into this company not having much of anything because trust me you will leave it with alot less. You are absolutely right Mike whoever. Trucking isn't for sissies. But the company people lied and left him stranded. But trust me w e are better off now with him driving locally than we ever were with m&m american. Brian was the one who test drove the truck before purchase.

Mindy is so nice. If I ever need a trucking job, M&M will be one of my first stops!

Sounds to me tracy crawford that your experience was your own fault. 1. Your fiance.should have test drove the truck himself.2.you dont go into a business with no money to fall back on.you gotta fix itif it breaks.3.you take a risk buying something used.4.sounds to me like they did you a favor by fronting you money to buy in the first place.if ya dont know anything bout the business besides the driving part dont get in the business.5 dont blame others for your failure trucking aint for sissies.
