M W Trailer Repair

Never come to this place. My friend came here to get his trailer fixed. But after 2 days they replied by saying they don't have time. Also charger 400$ for parking for 2 days.

Very professional so far as far as service I can't speak on just yet because I just dropped my trailer off yesterday but outside of that very professional friendly and very informative

Don't trust this place. They Fixed my trailer next day hubs were leaking again.

I dont know about these other reviews but my first experience here was good just needed a couple rubber bumpers for my trailer an they took care of me fast an didn't change an arm an a leg. I'd definitely go back for service.

There is no Customer Service or communication between the technicians and the office staff. I had to call several times to find out if the work was done on my trailer. My last call I was told that they had replaced 4 tires, which I was surprised at and questioned it, but the women answering the phone insisted it was done, as she was reading it on the invoice.

We got there and no tires were replaced and my tire was flat. This caused us to lose valuable work time which I was trying to avoid by calling first. I was unable to move the trailer with a flat tire as I was unprepared to deal with it since I was not expecting that. When I called to complain to the owner he was not the least apologetic but blamed me for believing his office staff as she was just a bookkeeper.

He even had the nerve to tell me if I continued my complaining he would charge me storage time and claimed that he had called us, when he did not. Very poor business attitude. We also asked that he replace the rivets that have popped out with age but he used screws, which we could have done ourselves. The amount of money they charged for the work they did was not at all satisfactory. I will never use them again.

Mike at MW is a great guy I have had the opportunity to work with him on some jobs here and there and have nothing but nice things to say. This is the best place around for custom trailer work.

There are no words to express my gratitude for how "above and beyond" the team at M&W has gone for me. Not knowing where to bring my unusually large trailer, a quick google search brought me to M&W. Thank you Mike and the crew for taking care of everything for me! These guys know how to do it RIGHT!

Please never come here. If something serious happened to your trailer, they will charge twice or even three times more. Unprofessional and rude. I was told about broken details that needed to be changed. The fact is I changed them couple days before coming there. They kept my trailer at the yard not letting me pick it up, didn't pick up the phone and charge me 150$ storage fee. It was the worst experience and huge mistake.
