4 stars because no one gets 5. One of the best jobs I've had.

MPH (Freight, Logistics, or Transportation) is a family run company that truly cares for their employees. Hard working, respectful, and reasonable employees at every level. MPH has the drive to get the mission done in safe and timely manner. Lastly MPH are supporters of our Military and First Responders.

Don't waste your time here. Equipment is crappy especially 80% of there trucks. You see them all over missing bumpers and trim pieces. I worked for them fresh outta school. Worked for them about 9 months gaining experience. I have to fight to get a 2 cent raise that i was promised 4 months after being hired. I topped out at 34 cents a mile and that was it.

I realized i could make more else where. I put my 2 weeks in and the hiring/hr person got extremely rude and nasty, very unprofessional. I dont know why i paid for my own schooling at CR England driving school and they didnt pay a cent they just hired me and i worked my butt off for them. The dispatch wasnt the greatest they were very rude and not understanding.

I currently have 4 years under my belt and i now avg 65000 a year and home every weekend and for the hoildays. When i worked here you were worked to the bone. You worked hoildays weekends it didn't matter to them as long as they got their money they could care less about you. I called a year ago just to see if they improved there company and that was a negative.

They offered to bring me back on at 34 cents a mile and i had to laugh because i make 52 cents a mile and my current job pays for my healthcare on top of that. All i can say is always watch your back cause you never know when they will stab you in the back. Just look around drivers dont settle for a less then ok economy trucking company. There is plenty of awesome companies around the area that will treat and pay u a hell of a lot better.

For what we do driving nights, days, weekends, holidays, we deserve to be paid as much as the manager running this show. Its sad when management forgets the only reason there asses have a job is becuase of the driver. Stay safe drivers
