Well organized security checks you and also takes you to whatever door your assigned they load pretty quick depends on what your picking up then go to another part of the property to get your paperwork not a bad place they do have a staging area not sure if they let park over night

Got Loaded pretty quick in and out really fast that was nice

Terrible place to unload. Showed up early for my appointment and said either I sit there (while they just stared at the truck) or they will charge me 180.00 and they would unload me. Complete joke. Avoid this place like covid

Ohh man i feel realy bad in this place cause i call before come in. The guy at front told me that they can unload me early and fast. Im here from 10am and its just 2:30 pm and nobody give me a door to unload. I was trusting i have not food for luch or nothing

Very strict on deliveries Doesn't care about drivers. Sometimes waiting time its approximately 30 min to 3 hrs wait time. DRIVERS BEWARE.

Lumber drop again. have to have an appointment, to deliver whatever your delivering. if you show up early don't expect to turn and burn. You gonna wait. People where nice. Two different entrance one for shipping and receiving. other one I believe for employees,

My appointment was 9 am, and I showed up on 9 10, still make me wait till 3 pm. They need to be improve about it because if someone is just 10 mint short, u can't just ignore that truck, and unload all other truck which was after me Disappointed

Slow unload. Nice facility. But be prepared to sit Update: spoke to one of the owners and the broker. Apparently the power was off and the fork lift driver could not see inside the building. It is 1.15 I have been here since 9.20 I had a 10 am appointment. The owner did not know what was going on. Super nice guy. I explained to him that this cost me probably 600$ because now it is to late to get a load out of here. I have to deadhead 500 miles. The 2nd owner just gave me $100 cash. Wow. He was awesome. That might come close to paying for my fuel. Thanks guys

I'm here three times a day 5 days a week. Overnight parking available. Park in front is gate and call number and John will come in the cart to let you in. You pull to the right and give him your kid number. Park in staging and wait to be called. As long as you have an appt and aren't late you will be out of there within an hour. Clean facility and they have bathrooms. No food truck but DoorDash delivers. There is a cutie in the office with red hair. She always has a smile.

This place was awesome. Good backing space! My tandems wouldnt slide but the guy helped me with that! Fast loading! No overnight parking. Haha open at 8am

My Broker called this place that I'm gonna be late for few minutes. They denied to load me and asked me to come back next day in the morning. I came on time. however, i get loaded last after all white guys done. The guy in golf car seems to be nice, but he knows well how to punish cockroaches.! Nasty restroom though. I give 2 stars bkz they gonna load you as quick as possible if you're not black regardless your appointment. (Next day i showed up at 8:00 am and signed paperwork around noon, other guys took only 45 minutes to get loaded)
