Park on street on challenger Dr and Check in at end of bldg. Cannot check in more than 15 minutes early or will be asked to come back at appt time. Alot of trucks parked on clark street along side of facility waiting on appt time, most look to have been parked overnight.

Don't worry about coming early. Arrived at 430am appointment was at 7am, and was told to wait until 7am. Pay attention also there are thieves around there. At about 530 2 cars were parked behind me trying to break in my trailer, they broke my seal but didn't have time to take anything.

Checked in an hour early loaded and gone in an hour. Nice ppl. Park on street in front walk in to check in. The only problem here is the special ed. drivers out here that can't follow directions!

I arrived at 4:30am and my appointment was at 5am. They put me in a door right away I was done unloading and had my paperwork by 6:45am. Not bad I really don't know why it's so many negative reviews.

Trust the reviews! I very rarely give one star. This facility should be shut down. Avoid it like the plague. Your not so wonderful journey begins when you first arrive. You are not allowed to park on property to check in, you must park out on the street first. However, you are not alerted to this fact until you have already pulled into their property.

Once you walk all the way into shipping, they give you a door. At first, I was a little excited. I had followed the previous reviews and arrived only 15 minutes early. I spent from 9:00 p.m. until 2:30 a.m. waiting to get loaded. An absolute waste of time. The employees are not polite and welcoming. I signed the correct bill of laden, however was given someone else's bill thereafter.

I did not discover this until 1 hour into my journey. It took almost 48 hours to get a copy of the bill, and it was a blurry picture. I called on multiple occasions and was ignored. Extreme low level of respect and give a darn at this facility. I will not be back. Please shut your doors, or properly train and hire staff that can handle the job. If more truckers started refusing loads to facilities like this, they would be forced to listen.

Drivers don't come here early they WON'T TAKE YOU get here 15 mins before your appointment. I try checking in at noon for a 4 o'clock appointment she told me come back at 4:30 I came back and it was different girl both with attitude she told my appointment is at 5 n come at 5. it's 7:35 n still working on my load. Some reviews are good but not till you experience yourself.

Appointment was at 5am, got here few minutes earlier, got the door right of the way, and was unloaded in less then 1 hr. Big space, easy to park. The stuff at check-in is pretty friendly.

Truly one of the worst places to load or unload and I've done both. Been here 6 hours and still not loaded. Got here at 1pm Appoinment was scheduled for 2 pm I get here and they tell me its for 3pm. Been in door since 4:15 pm. It's now 7 pm. Have a 9hr drive to North Carolina. SMDH.

Truly horrible place. Avoid at all costs. All good reviews you see are couple lucky guys and bots boosting ratings. My driver came in 2 and half hours before appointment, they told us wait for your appointment. We waited and then we have to wait for another hour to get the dock. Than we sat on dock for 2 hours before they started unloading us. Finally we were empty after 4 hours.

I hate places that don't respect other peoples time. If you wont work me in, If you gonna made me wait for my appointment than I expect to be unloaded when my time comes. Inconsiderate douchebags.

Very rude customer service (female) however, the male that signed my bills was nice & got me to a door. If you don't have an appointment time you're gonna wait & they're gonna treat you like you're suppose to know how they operate. Don't try to deliver early & Don't be late. Now the 2 guys that unloaded me was cool & finished in about 30min if that long!

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars the male CSR & the Unloaders! I read the reviews before I delivered & didn't believe everyone buy after delivering they're definitely TRUE!
