Glad they sold business they were going downhill and it showed. Pay was way to complicated for no reason and they kept hiring and firing office staff and mechanics. Maintenance was poor and always a hassle. Trucks were worn down and all way over 600,000 miles. No communication and always taking loads from other driver for favoritism. I caught them several times and finally told them I'm not giving up my loads and if uou send someone else they better beat me there

I had an incident on the PA turnpike last week. I called Safety twice and no one called me back which I'm not surprised because no one seems to care. So now I'm blasting how unprofessional and dangerous this one driver is. Watch out for this driver because he will run you off the highway and give the finger when you do nothing wrong. This is why the industry is so sad and pathetic because of people like him. Good luck PMT hopefully he doesn't kill anyone

This is by far the best company I've worked for. They actually care about their employees. I enjoy the people I work with, we are all like family. They will go out of their way to do whatever they can to make things right if there is any issues. Great group of drivers and dedication. All around great company.

Horrible horrible equipment I mean horrible! Always breaking down tractors and trailers. Mechanics are forced to get things done fast and never get everything done right. Management is beyond horrible and company just doesn't care. Always wanna blame the drivers for there junk equipment. Owner is horrible has no clue half the things that go on there and wanna fire the good dispatchers and drivers and wonder why they get nowhere and always short drivers. Stay away trust me.

I've been here for over 1.5 years as a local company driver. I took a little time to observe before jumping in a review. Like any other company, it fits for some and not for others. From personal experience, it's been some hassles here and there, but I figured out that it can work well if you do what you're supposed to, and communicate by addressing the issue you might have so that management can correct it to keep you busy as you want. 5 days in, 2 days out.

You choose your schedule. Overtime always available, and I don't recall being told during the week that there was no load ever, always busy$$$. You somehow determine what your next pay will be depending on the efforts you put in. Waiting times at live customers can be challenging with detention not usually paid. Never figured that out! But still, a lot of d&h.

Not a good office environment at all. I was hired for an Accounts Payable position. The day I started I was told I was a Billing Specialist. Apparently they wanted an admin assistant to do what no one else wanted to do. I barely lasted over a month there as I spent every day staring at the cubicle walls, waiting to be given chores to do by the accounting department.

They were the absolute worst people I have ever met in my life. Constant cursing, especially dropping the f bomb. They loved to put down co-workers, customers & even the company in general. There was not a single person that enjoyed being there. I barely lasted a month. Most of the others I came in contact with outside of the accounting department hadn't been there more than a few months. Complete waste of time to believe anything you are told about working there.

Easy to find with Google maps. Just drive past the guard shack. Mainly parking for trucks. But easy to maneuver around in a car. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

I got a letter from Paul Miller Truckig in Jan 2018 saying to not conract them for so long for payment on load i ran. Then i find out they rebranded their brokerage under a different name. I ended up getting less than the ageed rate on the rate con for settlement. Now i see these from over the weekend. It looks like the money they did not pay me got spent on safety and driver training. Karma is double edged sword.

Paul Miller Trucking is a company that is focused on their drivers. The opportunity as a truck driver in today's market has no bounds. This is why PMT has created multiple options for a driver to choose. You have the opportunity to be home daily, go out over the road, and even the opportunity to own your own business driving with PMT. Being in the trucking world for over 15 years I have seen quite a few companies and have never experienced a company that takes care of its employees like PMT does. I recommend checking out Paul Miller Trucking and giving them a chance.
