This is the best company ever. I absolutely love this place. They treated me like family and paid me very well. If you are good to them they will treat you like a king. God bless MDS Trucking

I've been here 7 years. I've been treated better here than any other company I've driven for. They've been very fair in everything. When my father died, they didn't ask how long until I could get back to work. No, the first thing out of their mouth was, "We're sorry for your loss. Take as much time as you need. Your job will still be here." That's saying something in this industry, nowadays. I hope I retire from here.

Love working here, treated like family and upmost respect, usual lanes but home every weekend if you want regardless of running OTR or Regional, I average $1,000.00 per week and home every weekend, sometimes even throughout the week for overnight sleeping. They will deliver on their promises and do what it takes to keep you happy and at work, call Angela today be in a truck the next Thursday!

Beware of these trucks on the road. Was cut off by one of the drivers who switched lanes on I-40 eastbound in Arizona without signaling causing the mini van in front of me to swerve into the shoulder at a speed of 65mph plus. I was behind the minivan at 65 mph with no place to go so had to swerve into the ditch to avoid hitting the mini van and causing what would have been a 3 vehicle collision.

The driver was oblivious to the whole situation. I ended up filing a report with DPS in the hopes of getting the damage to my truck covered by their insurance. We'll see what happens.

The equipment is old specifically the trailers. Yes they have some newer model trucks and trailers but they keep a lot of the older model stuff and maintain them poorly. I was rejected by a customer because of the trailer being too old. It was an 04-05 model. Management is a joke as well. Also the company will slipseat your assigned truck without notice so keep all your important gear on you when you're home. Last thing to mention is that the Maintenance Director argued that a failing Jake brake isn't something that is safety related

My husband works for MDS. It is the best place we have ever been right out the get go. The dispatcher is very helpful and there when he needs him. He doesn't sit for four days waiting for a load (like the last place he worked). The office staff is very helpful to me when I need help. He comes home every weekend and gets paid great for his mileage. They also have great insurance choices to pick from. Best decision we have ever made was for him to work for them.
