Nancy Baer Trucking Inc., a woman-owned business located in Jasper Indiana is a contract carrier offering dry van and refrigerated truckload services to the furniture and produce industries. The company operated out of Nancy's apartment. The business out grew her apartment by 1984 and she moved into a house and worked out of the basement until the business became too large for that location.

I've not been here long enough to give an accurate review, so obviously I'll change it once I can do that, but so far the company has been nice. Our inverter installed by their mechanics however doesn't feel the same. When you trust someone to do it right because you paid almost a grand for the inverter it kinda upset the husband. Alot. So I've been here a week.
Safety guy came down in his personal vehicle to pick me, my husband and our 2 pitbulls up for orientation. He also gave us money from his pocket to spend at the hotel. Small company, I did a run to SC and then a week of local running and have been on call since. So not sure if it's no freight, where I'm switching trucks, or what but I hate sitting. Switching trucks from the red Columbia to the purple cascadia today and hopefully my inverter is just being bipolar and not fried to a crisp. we'll see today. Honestly, they have been nothing but nice to me here. Have nothing bad to say at this point. It's company pay so it is by the mile unless you're local.

Total disregard for fellow truckers. On januarry 13, 2019 a trucker from this copany wwas parked in Caddo Mills Texaco parking, but oh boy. that was a parking. His trailer was almost dangling at the road and he was blocking the east exit, so you could not get in or out without hitting his trailer or tearing your own tires on the pavement edge. Of course, he must been having a long day.
As we all others have. And yet we, others, are employing the given facilities which provide us with thinking power. Anyway. I wish to the driver all the best. And I hope that he wont hurt anybody, as he has failed to think in advance. Something which we all employ to do our job safely.

Used this carrier once and never will again. Eric Fischer told me they could move a load for me and I had specific instructions that the driver had to deliver on a specific day. They took the load knowing that the driver could not make the delivery in time and I had to compensate the receiver for renting unloading equipment that was never used. Got no apology from Jeff or any other staff member.
