Good experience here, seems like their people actually want to work unlike many other warehouses in Chicago. Have your pickup number ready at gate, they will tell you what door to back into and move tandems back. Make sure trailer is clean before coming or they will refuse to load. Got there 20 minutes before my appointment and was in a door and loaded within an hour. Kinda tight parking just because you don't have a lot of room up front but they were only using every other door so it wasn't bad. Would be extremely difficult if they were using every door.

Don't think you're getting in early at this place that always are so busy that you are only allowed to show up 30 minutes before your appointment time. They will turn you away. And it is a very tight squeeze in the parking lot to get turned around to leave and come back. The closest place to wait is a pilot about 5 Mi away. And it's always packed. But once I do get you in the door and get you loaded or unloaded they get you right out really quick
