This place had given me a quote for a Smart TV television set by an employee and then confirmed and agreed upon by Marion who had claimed that she's the co-owner. I flew into Boston and made the purchase of the 70 TV and it was picked up by Arthur from Nile Cargo. A few days later, I've text Marion and she kept ignoring my messages and emails and then approximately three days before shipment according to her, she had increased the price on me for shipping and refused to ship the product overseas.

Then she had the audacity to send me a text message that I should come and pick up the TV. So, I've sent her text messages and emails and she did not respond. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and I will also followed with a lawsuit. They are the worst shipping company, untrustworthy, dishonest and unprofessional. Please take your freight someplace else to ship. Don't use this company.

Terrible experience. I mailed 15 boxes in November 2021 and requested air shipping (was prepared to pay the additional costs). They promised air shipping but actually put it on a boat. The packages I mailed in November just now got there (June 2022). More than that, I was not provided adequate paperwork for dropping the boxes off in St Louis. The customer service was unhelpful at best and outright incorrect at worst. Additionally, we arranged for the packages to be delivered within Uganda and this didn't happen for all of them (some had to be picked up) and the recipients were charged a fee for the delivery even though we already had arranged for that.

Shipped my packages to Uganda with great service. Wilson is very clear with pricing and time. I enjoyed his humor and integrity. Doing business again with him. 10/10

I've shipped to Uganda twice using Nile Cargo. At first I wasn't sure about them. They came through. The delay in shipping was due to weather. The second time I shipped to Uganda, the boxes arrived in a timely manner. No problems. The tax is outrageous, but that is the government, not the company. I'll use them again. Still less expensive than other companies.

Takes an amount of trust to buy online and have the package sent to a location that will then charge a fee to send the package over seas for you. My experience overall was good and is why i gave 5 stars because they did what they said and everything was delivered at a much lower price than the postal service.

I have shipped things with Nile Cargo, and i have come to realize its the worst shipping company ever. shipping items to Africa, in Uganda particularly. They have no uniform taxes or formular for taxes, their clearing agent is the worst clearing agent in uganda. he had no idea how we get these items we ship, he just charges you as he wishes. I will never ship any item with this company. they are expensive for nothing.

They told me that my goods wealth $12000.00 was dumped because i didn't pay them in the time flame but who can dump 20 brand new speakers., they are thugs keep away from them. there other better shipping companies. mind you the 4 and 5 stars on the review are the 2 employee of this shipping company, please keep away from this company.

My experience: I gave it a star for the name only. First time user I prepaid my shipment (2 containers) from TX via MA to Kampala, UG in March 2019 it's now September 2019 and my containers have not been received yet. They don't answer phone calls even when you leave a message. Apparently in Kampala in the last 6 weeks it's stories of "you, come back next week".

I cannot stress enough how people like this put a stern on building business relationships in a place that needs most. Now I'll have to go back to using my guy in Kenya instead and I'll eat the cost to get it to Kampala.

They do deliver items in a good packing condition that i have really loved. Though they tried to delay. But i will advise them to improve on their ways of communicating to the customers incase of any error or delay in shipping and thats why i have not given them the fifth star(poor communication). It becomes difficult for the first time service customers to trust in you if you at time fail to communicate very well to them and thats why i also thought other ways?. But any way, they might win even my 5th star for the good and smart delivery of my items. I do beg the public to suport them.

I was introduced to nile cargo by someone whom themselves were not honest, they manipulated everything before letting me know how ever when I contact nile cargo and began following up matter they were totally professional and very organized and ready to help. The associate of the company told me they will take care of shipping and the items will get to Uganda.

I was shipping donations. the package may be delay due to weather and stuff at sea. but they do handle every thing professionally and the person who received packaged let me know there was no damage to them and she was very happy. the company is good and organized. package was not delay for too much time. its my choice now to ship world wide as far as they have office at location i will ship with them.

I have nothing nagative to say. because i was treated with great care and i recommend this company to any one who is honest has patience and truthful. do not think this is fedex its much better they did pick up items because they have pick up service. rather it was the person who introduced me to company that lied to me not company. he lied about pick up price and more but once i contact company i found the truth.

I shipped several boxes of books to Kenya through this company. They were supposed to arrive in June. It's now the end of August and there is still no word of them. When I called the company, I was told that ocean shipping is sometimes late but assured that they were on the way. I wondered how he was so confident they were on the way without looking up the records of my file or checking anything on the computer. Will these boxes actually arrive? I have no idea. If not, I want my money back. They were affordable but so far, I don't recommend that anyone use this company.
