Never busy. Almost always LTL. In and out in 30-60. Just don't forget your license and plate number before you check in

I really can't say this about most shipping and receiving facilities. Nappon Express has professional, courteous and quick customer service representative. Thanks Roony Jacob. Keep up the great work. R. Fox

They need Tractor Lic Plate, Trailer#, I.D. and pu# to check in. Restroom is on other end of building if they let you use it. Mostly Less than 2 hours loading/unloading.

They loaded me in 1 hour 40 min, the guy who loaded me was nice and let me go and stay in the truck while loading, but you have to stay on the dock in order to get loaded or unloaded. They have have king of non sence check in rules but it's ok. A lot of space to back up in the dock pretty nice forklift drivers

Make sure you come here right before appointment. They will not load before that. We're a bit rude actually because I got sent in early and when I asked why I'm not getting loaded they started explaining how things work around there instead of just answering a simple question. Loaded in less than an hour tho so no complaint there. Also look out for the potholes!

Very nice people and easy to deliver here. Easy in and out, plenty of space. They do allow overnight parking and receiving is 24/7. Richard is very helpful, one of those people you are glad to have worked with.

Very skilled Forklift driver Bob, definitely seems like he needs to be paid more for how quick he goes about his job. The only thing I disliked was how hard it was to hear the office workers during check-in.
