Well I ordered a grounding system from Talley on November 22, 2021 and because of thanksgiving I expected some delays. Contacted Talley and they tried to blame it on the drop-shipment from the manufacture. After talking to the manufacture they had shipped it by Estes Trucking out of California and It arrived on SST dock on the 4th of December. Now it is only one day to ship from Salt Lake City to Vernal Utah but it sat on the dock for 4 days.

I call and talked to the SST shipping department about the delay and explained to them we are trying to install this vertical grounding rod before it turns cold and snows. They said it would ship today, that was the 8th of December. My crew went to pick up the product, about 500 pounds worth, on the ninth and they said it had not arrived on the first truck check back, It did not arrive on the second truck maybe tomorrow.

So I called Talley and said this is it, get it to me tomorrow or I cancel the order and I will order it from some one who gives a dam. Talley called back and said it was on the dock at SST in Vernal Utah that morning, they just had not checked it in or overlooked it. Let me make a suggestion. Change your name from Superior Service Transport to very poor transport service. or poor quality service, or do not give a dam service. I truly believe you do not know what superior service means. If I could have given you a minus -5 I would have.

They always call to schedule your delivery. They probably wont actually show up with your package. They have had my package for over a week and I still haven't gotten it. "we didn't have your phone number to schedule a delivery" They originally called me and confirmed my address and scheduled a 5 hour window to deliver in. I have given them my number twice.

I would recommend about any other delivery option! AVOID using them to ship anything, or anything time sensitive. For me they have stuff to repair my leaking roof, here soon they may be paying to fix a roof!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is by far the worse of all the transports coming to our business. 9 times out of 10, the items we receive are damaged in some way. As we look into their truck as they are unloading, we can see that most of the pallets in their trailers are damaged as well. We have been requesting our vendors to not use SST for any reason.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Held my engine for a week. Won't answer the phone. When they do they are rude and unhelpful. This particular engine vender has lost my business because i cant get screws by the carrier and miss my deadlines. I guess thats what the vendor gets for using the cheapest carrier. SST is a joke.

SST has been our go to LTL freight company for eastern and southern utah. Drivers are very courteous to our employees and our customers. Freight is always delivered on time and damage free.

Had an engine delivered. It fell off the pallet, was delivered damaged and on its side. leaked oil all over my driveway.

DROP AND HOOK.QUICK IN AND OUT. RECEIVING MAN VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. HE SAID THERE WAS A PLACE TO SLEEP VERY CLOSE. MAYBE A TRUCK STOP? BELIEVE LOCATION IS IN WEST VALLEY AND NOT S.L.C.

Today I had a very large, heavy crate delivered to my home in Blanding. Utah. The deliver truck was from Salt Lake City, Utah. I don't remember the drivers name. He really took his time to unload the crate, so he wouldn't damage anything. He did a fantastic job!

Packages showed up damaged. Trucker convinced me to receive shipment and they would cover it. Costumer service told me I Was SOL. I would not recommend these guys to transport anything of value.
