Very bad experience with this scammers, our driver lost a weekend because of this people, if you read this before booking- just don't do it

There was a mix up on my delivery appointment on the receivers end and Mark Cook at On A Roll Trucking went above and beyond to make sure I got unloaded he did not give up the fight

Critical: Professionalism Stayed 6 hours at the shipper and 15 hours at the receiver. Asked for a detention. Now, the broker is avoiding my call. Will never use them

Sat at the shipper 16 hours, they gave the wrong pu# and because of it we had to sat at the receiver for 12 hours and delivered the load to the facility 6 hours away, and still they do not want to pay anything for the compensation! no communication at all! not responding at all! even their managers are not professional! It was the first load after set up. Putting them on a DNU. I will not recommend them.

David Lisnek is a liar. Avoid working with him at all cost. Promised me fair compensation and failed to deliver. His supervisors, Abacu and Corey, are both unprofessional and told me to "deal with it because we're done talking about this" and would not let me explain what their broker did. Automatically took his side and disrespected me throughout the entire conversation. Is this how your company takes care of business? Filing a carrier411 form against this company. I, as well as all my sister companies, will never work with them again.

We have worked with On A Roll Trucking Inc for a few years the service has always been excellent great pay, pays on time, never any issue including detention if any problems develop they are always quick to figure a solution. Davis Lisnek and Vanessa Cornejo always on top of the loads excellent communication. Thank you so much for being so wonderful to work with.

I've been in the industry for 20+ years. On A Roll has been, by far, the best place to work & grow. Upper management is supportive and actively looks for opportunities for it's employees to grow both personally & professionally.

On a Roll has been a solid transportation provider for us for over three years. They've never turned down one of our loads and are very reliable. I would especially recommend dealing with Santiago, who is very professional and communicates well.

Do not work with this broker! Worst broker I have ever worked with. Broker named Clarke sent us over a load, We told him we cannot do it 2 days prior to the pick up date. He said you have to pick this load up after we told him we no longer had a truck. Wrote us a bad review on Freight Guard Report, very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this awful company and brutal reps. They try to double broker the load and it will be hard to get the payment after moving there load.

Unprofessional, driver sat for over 12 hours to get loaded in Winston-Salem. They expected him to drive 1,200 miles in a day to Cold Spring MN. We called and asked to change the appointment at the receiver so we can have legal transit time. They assured us the appointment was changed. When we got to the receiver, we were informed, the appointment was never changed and the driver is a work in.

After calling the broker several times at no avail, we left the receiver! Sat 12 hours to get loaded and sat 5 hours at the receiver, broker would not take our calls waiting in Cold Spring MN. We left and took their cans to our yard, the driver had an important family function the next morning. He wasn't going to sit for another 12 hours! I'll report these guys to the DOT for coercing drivers to drive tired after sitting for 12 hours with no sleep, 6 hours forced inside the warehouse or they wont get loaded. You dont get no rest standing inside a hot warehouse for 6 hours.

Great people to deal with. They will try their best to solve any issues that might arise while on a shipment for them. Have been working with Santiago for over ten years and he is truly one of the most professional guys to work with. Their whole team is great to work with. Would highly recommend.
