Asset based, Osborne Trucking Company operates primarily within a 600 mile radius of the Greater Cincinnati area utilizing a fleet of experienced drivers, company owned trucks and trailers, as well as trusted owner operators.
Not many companies can say they were founded out of a customer request: but that is our story. Osborne Trucking had worked hard to cultivate a reputation of service and dependability amongst their clients, and in 1979, one of those valuable clients approached Orville Osborne to start a warehouse. They were not happy with the other companies in town, and knew the kind of service that Osborne had provided them, and they knew that the same spirit of service would translate into the distribution world as well.
Options for dedicated shuttles or local runs available! Start and end your day at our terminal. Customer service and building relationships is important since you will see the same people everyday. Local shuttles run Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday opportunities. Our packaging, repack and QC business is rapidly expanding and we looking to build upon our core team of H&O employed associates. This involves projects repacking and reselecting bottles, fasteners, and general consumer goods.

I am a new driver for them. They are all really nice. Small company so your more like family then a number. Trucks are slow but its because of safety and you are paid by the day instead of the mile so no worries. Great benefits. --------- UPDATED: I could not handle the slow trucks 58mph is ridiculous and not safe! I felt soo many times that i was about to be rear ended, also road ragers would cut me off and break check me, others truckers judging like i dont know how to drive.also dispatch is lost and makes the job stressful.

I have been driving a truck for 36 years and this place is the biggest joke I have ever been and I gave been to alot of them. The two people I encountered had attitudes. The door is locked and want you to text information to them. Waited over 3 hours and have not heard anything on the text yet. This would be a good place to start a shipping and receiving warehouse
