Absolutely one of the worst companies I've ever encountered. My office had ordered tables for our physical therapy facility and it took 3 and a half months, 4 "broken down trucks", non stop phone calling on my end looking for the tables and horrible customer service. The same guy worked the phone every time I called and was of no help. Please do not order from here.

Unsurprisingly I'm not the first person leaving a negative review of this place. Hopefully that means they won't be in business for a long time. Nobody answers the phone. When they finally do, they're unhelpful. My shipment was guaranteed to arrive by a certain date, which costs quite a fair bit more. They said there's no way they're delivering it on time even though they have had the package since the day before.

Three days later is first chance and they can't narrow the window beyond 9-3. Their solution is for me to make a 2+ hour round trip. I think not. Would leave zero stars if possible. Thankfully I got my shipping refunded through the company I bought from with no issue. I sincerely hope that translates to these people not being paid as they're a sub contractor of a larger company that does last mile/finally delivery.

I hate leaving a local business a negative review, but when a business is completely unresponsive, one has to wonder if a review will get their attention. Pace appears to be a "last mile" delivery partner of Road Runner Freight. On more than one occasion I've had deliveries scheduled only to have no one show up on the scheduled date. The first time this happened, I received the freight over a week after the scheduled delivery.

I'm now in the same limbo with this company on a second delivery where they called to schedule a delivery appointment - and days later, no show. The first time we went through this, I called the company repeatedly, left voicemails and sent them emails. I contacted Road Runner Freight who said they couldn't even get through to them. When a second shipment arrived for me in their facility, I received a call to schedule that delivery and asked why the first delivery never came, and the scheduler had no idea why.

Even as I am trying to figure out where my most recent shipment is, no one answers the customer service number. I've given companies a great deal of latitude throughout this pandemic because I appreciate the challenges it has put on almost every business. But looking at reviews from other customers that mirror my experiences even before the pandemic began, it's becoming clear that this company is poorly managed, unresponsive to its customers (and even the parent company that contracts its services), and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism.

The management of Pace would do well to take a step back and review it's only service - delivering freight - and then ask itself why it finds itself reading reviews like this one.

10/27/20 I would definitely come here to deliver again. Staff was great. Inside the facility and outside. It's 3 a.m. and they expeditedly opened a door for me. Started working on my trailer within 15 minutes of docking.

This company is pathetic. After a dispute between our companies for Pace not doing their job, being dishonest, and not taking responsibility for their own mistakes. They are actually telling all my customers who set up freight with them that we refused to give them their shipments when they came to pick up! they never even came to our business! they are flat out lying to my customers to try to make us look bad! absolutely childish and pathetic! just look at a review below, they gave their own company 5 stars! ha! i expect the other 5 star ratings to be fake as well!

The man I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude/pushy. He was confused about where he needed to go for a delivery and got very defensive about it. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and DO NOT use this company; they do not believe in using GPS.
