Pacific Shipping & Trucking was founded by Keith Robertson in 1984 to serve the bi-product shipping markets in the Midwestern United States. Pacific Shipping operates solo drivers on dedicated routes averaging 3,200-3,800 miles per week with at least one and a half days per week of home time. Critical: Professionalism, Value The "owner" of the company not only lies but also violates states laws. Payroll is unprofessional, hangs up on you when she's confronted. Not to mention condescending. Preaches they take care of their own, but as soon as you are not a value to the company you get pushed to the side

This is one of the best trucking outfits I've ever come across bar none. Some of the best mechanics, drivers, and all arpund great folk I've ever had the pleasure of being associated with. And there is this welder that is in the tralier shop that really rocks. Pacific is awesome and all that use there services will be blown away by there greatness.

I had one of their drives hit my driver side mirror going down the interstate. I call their safety department within 15 mins of the incident and gave him all the information. I was told he would get back to me and I didn't hear anything for a day I called back and spoke with the safety department and I was informed that their driver did not recall anything and there was no damage to the tractor or trailer.
He asked for pictures of my damage and I heard nothing for two days I called a third time and I was told that I would need to file an insurance claim. Very unprofessional and did not see that the damage to my truck ($700) was something that they should have to make right.
