Unfortunately, Performance Freight Systems does not have the capability to service the entire country. Which is why we have partnered with the Xtend logistics network to provide our customers with the ability to ship via a trusted carrier to anywhere in the country. Through PFS Logistics, you will be able to compare carrier rates, track shipment in real-time, and have the ability to ship LTL and Truckload. This is Logistics Made Easy.
Straight Shot Express - Milwaukee, along with any of the other Straight Shot Express locations, will pick up your freight promptly and drive it directly to your destination in any of the 48 contiguous states. We are an insured carrier with ICC authorization. All Straight Shot Express vehicles can accommodate palletized or loose freight from a cargo van to a tractor trailer - and we stay in constant contact with them, to provide you with arrival times and proof of delivery.Our telephones are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with Straight Shot Express personnel, not answering machines or automated attendants.
The fuel surcharge is an index-based surcharge that is adjusted weekly. The surcharge will apply to net freight charges. The surcharge will be calculated utilizing the Department of Energy U.S. National Average fuel price index. The fuel surcharge will be updated by 9:00 A.M. each Tuesday., except when Monday's release date falls on a government holiday, when the data will be updated on Wednesday (but still reflect Monday's price). I was only the one in duck getting unloaded. And Is take more than three hours., I spoke to Amigo, he said go complain. Please try to understand driver working on time.

Still waiting on a package that was picked up end of last month. Shipping details are not updated. No calls or emails to inform delivery delays. Shows I should've received delivery mid last week. When I call and talk to someone they tell me every time I should be hearing from delivery driver today to confirm time ect. 4 calls later I'm ready to cancel order. Custom offset needs to replace their shipping services from these folks.

Just had a set of wheels delivered from custom offsets from this company they were supposed to give a 30 minute call advance they did not do that the driver lied and said he knew nothing about it they have a horrible website or tracking your shipment it literally shows you nothing to do if you can avoid having these people ship your wheels Or anything for that matter I would when I called to complain about them not calling The woman from their customer service was quite rude and acted like it was no big deal that they did not honor the agreement

We have been working with Performance as our preferred carrier for at least 10 years. Our customers and us ourselves have been very pleased with the service provided. The entire team has gone above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Not sure why other businesses are still using this company. They have a handful of bad reviews on mishandling packages and deliveries. In my experience first time and last, I will drop my go to shop for parts because of this company, if they keep using their service. Their truck loading service failed to load a package that was suppose to be delivered the day of, truck showed up at my door step and the guy could not find my package. Seriously.transportation is all about consistency and giving on time delivery.

I had to call in to make sure if my package was still arriving the expected date. They also failed to call ahead for delivery notice. This was fairly large auto part package, and now I have to reschedule with the auto shop. with this Covid-business re-opening up auto services schedule are pushed way out to the next month. So what's supposed to be a 3 week project became a 2 months waiting time. Very disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Been waiting 4 days for them to pickup my skid. Now it's 2 days late to my customer and they still have not shown. Stayed late and waited for 2 nights for them to not to show up. Very rude!

I can't even tell you how much this company stinks. They were a shipping partner for Ohana Outdoor furniture. I ordered a set of furniture that was supposed to be delivered the week of June 25. It is now July 4 and NOTHING. when using the tracking number, I found my shipment "in transit" for four days from Chicago. I live in Milwaukee. Last time I drove to Chicago, it took two hours!

It gets even better. I had to call them to get an appointment for delivery after being told they would call me. I called them after setting up a delivery window of July 28 or 29 with the customer service rep. Both days came and went and NOTHING! Called them on July 2 and got a specific appointment to have the furniture delivered on July 3 between 9 a.m. and noon.

That time came and went and NOTHING! No call.no delivery. I called them and was told, "Oh.the dispatcher didn't call you? We couldn't get it all on the truck so we won't be coming today!" After I took the day off and waited for the delivery! NOTHING! I ended up calling Ohana to get help and they said it was unacceptable and someone would call me. Guess what?

You guessed it. NOTHING! I will tell anyone who wants to listen how miserable and matter of fact this company was about this delivery. Find out who the shipping partners are before you get anything from a freight shipper. I will stay away from this company at all costs.

Performance freight Is looked down upon by some but I actually liked the job. With a few tweaks here and there I believe they will be a superb company. Shout out to Keith and jeff, smooth dudes!
