With terminals in Georgetown and Louisville, Kentucky; and a new operation in Charleston, SC, Phoenix Transportation Services has earned a reputation for on-time delivery and outstanding customer service. Phoenix credits its ultimate success to the quality of its employees, who take pride in everything they do. Experience matters, but what matters more are good interpersonal skills, a great attitude, and a commitment to teamwork.
Technology also contributes greatly to the success of Phoenix. By means of an elaborate satellite tracking system and sophisticated reporting mechanisms, the company is able to maintain critical data, such as truck routings, rates of speed, and frequency of stops.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If you're looking to hire a moving company to move your goods from one state to another, make sure you ask - When will they delivered. Per their contract it can takes up to 30 BUSINESS DAYS! Up to 6 Weeks if it doesn't fall in holidays. If with holidays it will be 7 WEEKS. The customer services are RUDE, they makes you wait up to 30 mins before you able to speak to someone. Questions to ask when you hire a mover - Ask them what is their process? Are they taking your stuffs to a warehouse let it sits there for days until there are more delivery going to the same area as you? Ask them what will happened if they don't meet the delivery date?

First of all, we were told it would cost us 1800 dollars to move our belongings. We ended up being charged a 1000 dollars more. It was done in a very deceitful way. I am sure the young guy who filled up the paper work, knows what I am talking about. In addition, we received several items that were broken. We would have received 30 dollars for a 300 dollar item that was broken and only if we completed 15 forms or so.
I blame the company for not wrapping the items that were broken and the way they handled them. Couldn't even find the broken part to fix it. I would not recommend this company, check them out on Yelp, same reviews as mine.

Do not trust this sham of a moving company. My wife and I scheduled our move date (between one of two days), and repeatedly contacted them to confirm the date beforehand, as the timing was sensitive and we needed assurance they would follow through. The first date came and no sign of them, so I called to make sure they'd be coming the next day. "Yes, they should be there tomorrow" I was told.
After they didn't show I called again and they said their driver was delayed but should be there within the next few days, "two days at the latest" they said. Two more days rolled by and I called to see when they'd be coming. "It's actually looking like it will be this weekend, Saturday or Sunday or Monday at the latest." I tried over and over again emailing the person I'd been making the reservation with (Cheryl) but she didn't return my emails.
By phone I was dealing with someone else, who simply stated the driver was delayed again and again with no apology, just saying "yeah sometimes this happens." By this point we had no option but to rent a U-Haul and do the entire move ourselves. It was a cross-country move and it was a huge ordeal that the company never acknowledged or attempted to make right. Also, at no point did they proactively let me know about the delays, it was only after calling them on days they were supposed to arrive that I got any information whatsoever.
More than a week afterwards, I finally received an email from Cheryl saying she was "away for a few days" and had just seen my emails. I read bad reviews about this company before booking, but decided to go for it because the price seemed reasonable. This was a huge mistake, and one that costed us dearly in the end, both financially and physically. Do not use this company, I can't word that strongly enough.
