Priority 1 Logistics

I've worked at Priority 1 for just over 2 years now and am more than happy here. I'm in inside sales and have seen upward mobility, hands on training and development, and a culture of strong work ethic and positivity. I'd push anyone towards working here that wants to grow quickly on professional, financial, and personal levels.

Priority 1 lost half the shipment and damaged the other half. Its shocking that they will make you pay even though they loose and damage a shipment. The insurance is a joke, it takes several months and you don't get paid anywhere near the value of the product they lost. Beware this company!

Priority 1 has been the best for us! Absolute pleasure to work with! Sal Linaker at LA Office is the best and very helpful. He will go out of his ways to make thing work for our clients. Give them a call, Priority 1 will not disappoint.

We started using Priority1 a few months ago and it's been nothing but issues. They came in promising the quote we got would be the price. Almost every shipment we have had has incurred extra charges. I recommend for everyone to stay away from this company.

Juan and Priority 1 have been wonderful to work with. Our company Classic Spa Collection has been doing business with them for over 7 years and they have always taken care of our LTL needs by providing variety of carrier choices on their very easy to use portal. If there is a delivery issue Juan and his team are quick to respond to our emails and get the issues resolved immediately. Priority1 is Plus One Robotics go to shipping logistics vendor for everything from pallets of test product to robots to full integrated material handling systems. Eric Lopez is responsive and very supportive in getting our loads scheduled and then delivered as expected! A great company to work with and rely on.

I have worked with Jack Lawrence at Priority1 for a couple moths now and we have had nothing but amazing service. The portal is very easy to navigate and has everything I need. Jack is awesome! He's always available to help when its needed. He is also very quick to follow up on phone calls or emails. Highly recommend Priority1!
