Unloading & Loading of trucks is possibly not a topic your top management thinks about much - until something goes wrong! When loading, unloading, put-away or selecting takes too long. When there's constant turnover of your warehouse team or temps. When you spend precious time interviewing and drug testing workers and still have errors and injuries on the job.

3 pallets to sysco in Jackson, WI. Paid through link, total was $130, then I get the confirmation and receipt for $155, they added 25 for pinwheeled pallets that weren't pinwheeled. Ok fine, I know arguing won't do any good and its already paid, so I leave. Later that day I check my bank app, they charged me both fees $130 and $155. Tried calling them got shuttled thrugh an automated system and to a voice-mail that was full, not able to any message and then disconnected. Tried calling several times, same result. Worst and most expensive lumper in existence. Cpastone pay-1340194

This has to be the most unprofessional rudest bunch of folks I've ever encountered. It simply amazes me how this company continue to get and maintain contracts with major food service companies. These people have no regard for vendor times and are the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. After contacting corporate today I can understand how they continue to hire the most disrespectful people you ever want to meet.
After my experience today I explained to my boss that if he ever send me to another Sysco that would be my last day. On a closing note Capstone I'm St. Charles MO need to be shut completely down and Cynthia Duncan-Dyer needs to be fired.

At first they paid me 10,000 pesos for the tax fee so that I could get the package after I sent the money they said I would pay 15,000 again they sent it again because they said they saw money in the package sent by my husband then it can't be given I paid 30,000 pesos again, they said I would have gotten my package again because the contents of the box are important to me

The worst company to work with, the pay is a joke. The employees could care less about the job. Everyone has a bad attitude or a problem or just started fights on the dock for no reason, was lied to over and over about the travel team opening saying after 3 or 4 months we'll send u on the road, never happened. I was cheated on my pay and was very uncomfortable and disappointed with the job.
And I honestly don't understand how a company is still allowed to operate when u got 8 or 9 dudes including me I'll be honest was never drug tested, running around higher then a kite. RUN AWAY AND DONT APPLY OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

On May 20th 2022 I will have been with capstone logistics for 8 years and in those 8 years I've received 4 raises in that time, since day 1 I've made more money and received more opportunities then I ever have anywhere else in my entire life, I'm not gonna say how much I get payed but I will say because of capstone logistics they have giving me and my family so much over the years to be thankful for we owe everything to capstone logistics, if someone was to ask me "is capstone the place for you?" I'd have to say "absolutely", I don't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon. Thank you capstone logistics.

RUN! Do not even think about working for this company. You will NOT get paid. They will mess your direct deposit up and then give you a prepaid card but it wont activate because they don't finish the onboarding. Been over a month and still trying to get paid. You will be ignored when you try to reach out and you CAN NOT get anyone on the phone and the voicemails are full so you can't leave one.
Sad that we are trying to survive a pandemic and beg people to work but when they try companies think you work for free and that's after jumping through all the hoops just to get a job. Just save yourself the headache and run the opposite way!

Capstone requires truck drivers pay lumper bill through text message app. Because of covid 19 of course. Yet they have an office full of associates not wearing masks. They will no longer accept an express code over the phone. If you cannot pay your bill through their app you need not deliver to ANY Sysco Distribution Center. Especially Ocoee FL.

11 unanswered calls. Their "operator" is just a voice mailbox that is full. Package has been "on truck for delivery" and "missed delivery" for four straight days now, with zero attempted deliveries. Editing to add: Now up to 20 calls. I got through twice, was told they would call me back regarding my delivery (which I still don't have!), and never heard from them again.

Worked on the travel team and was NOT taken care of. They still owe me 200 dollars in per Diem and about 400 dollars on a check they shorted me. And the HR did NOTHING to help. They started ignoring my calls and messages when addressing the issue. Wouldn't recommend ANYONE going here and dealing with these unprofessional people

Please be aware and inspect your trailer thoroughly before and after unloading the trailers. The facility they work in Zanesville OH punctured a whole in the roof of our trailer. They stated because it was a load of potato chips they could have cause the damage. The driver came through a tropical storm and none of the product was wet so therefore we proved they damaged the trailer while unloading. If you get referred to Ann Campbell she will take the facility word and not do a thorough investigation.
