Long before either of us, Shawn and Kelly Moore, CEO and President, came into management roles at R.C. Moore, Inc, we had garnered significant experience in the trucking business. Working after school and summer holidays in the truck and trailer shops of our father's company, we worked side by side with our grandfather and the 4 mechanics learning what it takes to keep trucks humming in top condition and learning to relate to the drivers and staff.Before long, we were fully capable of performing brake jobs, servicing reefers and doing whatever needed to be done in the shop.

The Guy at the shack is pretty cool but the office staff is very unprofessional and very disrespectful and have very smart mouth! No respect for drivers or the co workers. Make sure you on time for your appointment because they are very strict on appointment time. Small area for docking but if you know how to drive it's easy. Also you park across the street across from this place. Good luck

Not to bad for delivery time. You need park truck near entrance and walk in to building to check in to shipping office, fill out paperwork. When assigned to the dock, slide your tandems on the back, leave paperwork insisted trailer, disconnect and park on designated area. They send text when is empty. It would be nice if we all just follow instructions but there are some people that probably think that they are to important and rules doesn't apply on them.
So when you need back up on the dock you need go around them so they can look at you and have fun like driver of this truck, to bad that camera did not able to capture that. Parked next no parking sing.

It took me longer to drop and hook trailer then it did for them to load me. I had a 1-25-22 1900 appointment time, got there at 1858, checked in and was out at 2000. They took literally like 20 minutes to load me. The down side is they have a tight yard, however GG informed me they are looking for a better place. Hopefully GG gets a raise, she deserves it, I can tell I wouldn't wanna be on her bad side though, lol.
