Too many rules. No overnight parking. Driver must go in and keep watching while the trailer is being unloaded. The driver must come with BOL papers to check in and get loaded. The trailer must be very clean. Driver must be wearing closed show. Too many forklift drivers making hell of noises & driving haphazardly but they load quickly. Thank you guy's!

Bad Apples here and HR do nothing. This is a place where you can say to a woman how he will kill you and treated your family and still do nothing about it. Treaded a few girls that work as drivers and tell them how the will hit them, teach them a lesson and how the will simple hurt them. Want to do business with them? Think twice For the reply below I have been emailing and I get no response and as far as I know no actions were taken against this drivers.

Got here 30 min before my appointment checked in backed in a dock waited 15 min inside the warehouse forklift driver came to get me and started loading me not bad loaded under 1 hour

R&Ms forklift driver experienced job. Unloading one then other side. One by one.

No way. I waited for paperwork before getting loaded for an hour and a half. When asked the receptionist she was just rude about answering any type of questions. Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

I have been in the air freight industry 28 years and by far this is the absolutely worst company I have ever worked with in my career. They do not deserve 1 star and should be out of business the way they mistreat customers. The rot must start from the top permeate through the staff. Everyday for 4 days they were dispatched to pickup from the airline with no commitment and excuse after excuse while we are charged storage at $300.00 per day. Due to their labeling mistake the airline refused shipment and RM has not returned to retrieve and allowed the storage to accrue. Disgusting work ethic.

Worst CFS I have ever dealt with. Thousands in storage fees at the airline from late recoveries, poor turnaround, lousy customer service. I definitely would not recommend this company to my partners or colleagues.

Do your best to stay away PU & DEL with this facility. They will take forever to finish your load or unloading. About 60 docks but only 2 forklift on duty. They don't care about how driver's are tired of waiting. With short word, one of the worst facility

Great place to work and good people at work willing to help you out. Just like any other job out their, you have some people that are not willing to help you out nor talk to uou. Overall everyone is friendly and courteous. The pay is descent and some days the hours are longer then others. Depending on what department you are working at. You can be in Streeets, Airport, Jeff(goes to Wisconsin), Containers.

It all depends on the location you are delivering and/or picking up from. They want you to be available to work minimum or 10 hours. Hey sometimes you have to do the 12 or 14 hours days. It's Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday are optional. During holidays you work 2 out of the 4 Saturdays(mandatory. Then again it's only temporarily that they make you do that.

I rather be at work making money then just getting by in life. I don't mind the 60 to 70 hours work weeks, I guess I'm build different and see and think differently. I can be unemployed with little and no money and just getting by. Instead I'm working here at R&M making money and also saving. I do have a family but it's easier to me to say yes to my kids and wife yes to the things the want.

Then saying next week or next time. This is a job and if you work here and still complain about not having money. Your not a hard worker because this company has the hours and the business and the accounts to keep you busy. Overall I'm very happy and satisfied that I choose to work here and also thankful R&M gave me the opportunity to be part of the team.
