No proper coordination delay delivery, and left the cargo down the stairs near the entrance when asked to deliver it to the flat Delivry driver (Kashmiri)said he cannot deliver.27/04/2022 (people spoken to Aman)

I've had a horrible experience with the company I had a cargo shipped from Dubai to london from which there were few Items missing and a few damaged as well Also during the delivery I was told I would be getting a call from them 2 hours prior the delivery so I could be home that time since I'm a college student living in a student accommodation and I had 2 huge boxes to carry I requested them to let me know so I'm prepared or could either ask for some help from the delivery guy or someone else But I didn't receive any calls at all, just an email 2 hours post the delivery When I called the customer service helpline explaining all these issues, he was in COMPLETE DENIAL he was so rude He said we don't take any responsibility for the missing items and we are not accounted to inform you about it I had perfume worth over 200 pounds that went missing And instead of explaining the situation he was behaving extremely discourteous Also about the delivery when I told him I wasn't informed when would it arrive, he said "our delivery associates are not assigned to inform you all that or even help you with the luggage" He also mentioned "all this happens in Dubai and not in london" so is he trying to say that customer service is only respected in UAE and not in london?

You don't care about your customers here? Despite them paying a HUGE amount for these services of yours that are completely useless The communication was pathetic and my experience with the representative I spoke to was extremely dissatisfying He had zero ethics to speak to a customer The fact that he told me that all this happens in UAE and not London was very disrespectful and insulting I wouldn't want anyone to talk this way about my home country

I have been dealing with this company for few years now. very reliable and honest. keeps you well infromed regarding and tracking your parcels. staff are very helpful and polite. offer some of the best prices around. will keep using them.

I wish i could give a rating in minus bcz they dont deserve any star rating since they have a pathetic service, I Had a stuff to be sent to india for approx 400 which has been stolen by their staff members and they are saying its msiplaced which i dont believe in because when i was asked to put a label on my parcel one of the drivers and the staff member told me to leave that label and said we will put it for you who seem suspicious to me but i think my bad that i I trusted them and after a month i got to know that the parcel never reached the destination and when i went there they said they will get back to me within 10 days but unfortunately nothing happened and now its been 2 months they say they are not even responsible for this.

They also said that even if you want you can claim it or file a complaint you will get just 50-60 not more than this which clearly reflects that they are not scared of anyone and actually careless. I would never recommed this place to anyone. They are openly doing all this without any fear. This is why they have got this kind of worst rating and they are not even bothered about this.

THE REVIEWS DON'T LIE Please consider hard before dealing with this company, look for alternatives and use them only if there is not another company left on the planet. I used them from a recommend. I didn't read the reviews until after. Left me with a 3000 deficit, due to them not knowing the business. They charged 14 per carton and repacked in to 288 cartons which wasn't necessary. Maybe small packages and shipments may be ok, but large shipments please run away.

They misplaced my items worth around 150 pounds. And when my mother visited their office in UK to complain about it. They said they can't do anything now. And after they come to know I am mailing from India they even stopped replying to my mails also after few mails. I will never go for that irresponsible company rather I would pay little extra bugs for safety. As those were gifts my mom sent to family and we got fully packed package with misplaced or stolen goods.

Definitely will never use this company again been waiting for a parcel to he delivered to india since may & everytime I call they say they will call me back & dont. Not only did we pay delivery fee here for use clothes my relative also had to pay 40 to receive the parcel Till today no sign of it I went to a new courier A to Z 4 u limited southall Broadway very nice man helpful got parcel to india within 10 days. Definitely will be using that one Awful customer service

Sent a 10kg parcel with box for 43 To india, they said it will take 1 month Would recommend, if you got good old clothes to get rid of, send to india, like relatives etx

Jupiter logistics is the WORST courier service I have ever encountered. They took a week to pick up a box from Coventry (they're situated 2 hours away in London), with the final excuse that the driver "did not feel like going inside the university campus and wait for a student". Just brilliant. It then took a month and a half for the box to reach Bangalore, India. Went it finally arrived after much calling and pestering, the box seems to be in tatters.

The contents have been gone through, messed up and they have even stolen a pair of shoes. Which courier service steals shoes from a student? Jupiter logistics does. The clothes reek of smoke, the personnel have been more than unhelpful, and I will never entrust my belongings with this service again. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
