About Us Report

Ray Emerick Distribution was established in 1960 by Raymond Emerick and his wife, with an 8,000 square foot building located in River Grove Illinois. Due to our loyal customers we had the opportunity to expand our facility and meet our customers' growing needs. We have Air Conditioned and Ambient Storage strategically located in Addison, Itasca, and Melrose Park, Illinois.

Our Services Report

We utilize a WMS that is the state of the art that offers our customers visibility to inquiry about their order status, inventory level at the item, lot code, expiration date, and by pallet ID, along with inbound load status. We design our process to meet your needs whether our customers request EDI, RF, or to utilize their systems.

Will unload even if you arrive late to your appointment. Usually will unload within 3.5 hrs no matter if you arrive on time. Nice people in the office.

The lady in the office is very nice. I arrived an hour early and got a dock door but they didn't start unloading until my appointment. There is a bathroom for drivers, you just have to get buzzed in. The soap smells nice. Plenty of room to manuver and park.

Appointment at 1130, checked in at 1100, got a door at 1345, if my truck were any longer, wouldn't have been able to hit the dock because someone decided it was smart to add concrete barriers separating the two warehouses. Empty at 1530, then told they DO NOT and WILL NOT time stamp paperwork.

Don't waste your time here. Been here for 8 hours and just got assigned a door. And by the looks of it I'm going to be standing for the next 2 hours watching my trailer get loaded. Worst 10 hour break ever. The staff clearly doesn't care about you or your load. Office staff carry's a we will get to you when we get to you attitude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I was still a owner op I would have driven away by now.
