Joe majored in Economics and graduated from Lehman College - City Of New York in 1974. He worked for Canadian Pacific Railway (CP Rail), Canadian Pacific Steamship Line (CP Ships), Cast North America, and Norton Lilly & Co before he and Patrick Costin established RCL Agencies, Inc. in 1984. Today, RCL has a staff of 15 and handles imports and exports worldwide.
Patrick is a 1975 graduate of Ball State University where he majored in Criminal Justice. He worked for CFS International from 1976 through 1982, residing in London, Boston, Cleveland and New York. From 1982 until 1984 Patrick worked for Reardon International. Both organizations specialize in International Forwarding.
