I had a Monday 7:00 a.m. delivery so I can't tell you how the warehouse is the rest of the time. For me it was easy to find, to check in stuff were friendly and it was quick in and out. Following directions are at your own risk but they're what I used. Please note that RLS is the last Warehouse once you pull into the truck entrance. Picked up twice here (for Misfits Market). Both times, I was rescuing a late pickup because another truck was delayed. Each time I was promptly loaded and sent on my way. Kudos to the yard dog who greets arriving drivers to guide them to staging and driver check-in. It's his yard and he runs it well. I need to try picking up a load early or on-time and see how that goes.

Very friendly staff both in the office and out on the docks. Had picked up two pallets from here in the matter of about 20 minutes. When you come to this place is the warehouse closest to Cooperstown road and has a green stripe around to upper part of the building. You have to turn right just after the two warehouses and enter about 3/8 mile up this road.
The first warehouse when you turn right into the entrance is Misfits Markets and RLS Logistics is the second one. Walk into the door that is to the right of the docks and check in with the lady at the window.

Had to do a pick up here this morning I arrived at 5:45 in the morning for a 2:00 p.m. one scheduled load time check in at 6:00 a.m. with the doc person and he tried to set me up but didn't have the proper numbers Then at 6:40 he came out and told me to get into doc number one they had me loaded and gone within 1 hour that's fantastic I would give 10 stars if I could for the service and the polite people here

Received door right away. Unloaded in 1 hr. If you arrive 1 hr early, you have chance to get a door but 2 hrs and beyond, you have gotta park your truck on the street. They don't have plenty of doors, it's limited. The check in office take your maybe 10 to 20 mins to check you in. At least my Sunday arrival shows this. Good luck with your delivery

I'm able to put 10 stars, they able to receive at any times, They are working 24 hours. I had appointment in morning, but they unloaded earlier, in the evening 1 day before. Fast unloading, warehouse team are friendly! Also no problem here overnight parking outside on the road. Quiet. Good job guys!
