I have worked with Paul for a few years for all my mailing needs. He has helped me tremendously moving things across the country from time to time. He has been doing this for 30 years, and it shows. He is competent on every level. I have never experienced someone so knowledgeable and proficient for these services. I have shipped an electric piano without any packaging, kitchein aid large mixer, and a lot of other less chalenging items. You will get PRO and knowlegable service, i dont waste time at ups or fedex anymore. He is a professionall and my go to mail service.

If you're looking for one stop shipping, this place is fine but I find stand-alone UPS or FedEx stores to be much more efficient, nicer, and cost-effective. Even dealing with the post office is more organized, tbh.

Mail Express is an excellent choice for anything related to shipping. Every conceivable supply is there for purchase including odd sized boxes say, for skis, bikes, etc. AND they (for a price) will package items for you. They work with all the major shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS and freight carriers. I had a package to be sent and the owner worked with me to find the quickest and lowest cost option.

Extremely helpful. He'll add extra tape if he thinks it's needed and is absolutely thorough in his work with customers. I prefer to use his store over any other. FIVE STARS!*****

Easy, friendly, convenient, lots of mailing options and informed suggestions when I need them. They do a great job. Mailing there has always been a happy-making experience for me. Even when I had to ship a painting 6'x9' I got cost-cutting but very effective suggestions. Actually, Paul's solve was pretty ingenious. He's probably seen a lot of shipping issues come across his counter, and has learned how to deal with them. A fabulous resource we're lucky to have!

I love this place. The man at the counter, Paul, is efficient and courteous and always helpful. If you need to mail something, this is the place to go! Lots of different size boxes, tape, packing materials, etc. If you are moving this is a great place to get everything you need. There is one BIG draw back with this store however. They are not able to scan codes for Amazon or print packing slips. WTF!

They are shooting themselves in the foot by not having this capability. I would use this store for all of my shipping needs if they only had this service. I don't like having to go to the UPS store, as the counter staff there is often surly and over worked and there are always long lines. I would give this store 5 stars if they only had this service. Come on Mail Express! Step up! This is a no brainer.

I have trusted Paul with all of my shipping and packaging needs for many years. From overnight to overseas to packaging for fragile or bulky items, he knows the business inside and out, and always offers the best options for price and speed. And, don't let a long line deter you! Awful customer service. Overcharge for Uhaul boxes. Tried calling during business hours and no one answered for approximately 15 minutes. I called their "corporately/HR" number and they couldn't help either.

I've been in business with Mail Express for over 20 years. Paul is always Pleasant and so knowledgeable of his job. He does everything with a smile and never seems to slow down giving Superior Service and is always glad to help and anyway.

This shop is the only place go to mail packages- esp around the holidays they take great care of your items. They have really high quality boxes, envelopes and packing materials. It's important to me to get things boxed up in a professional way and I know I can count on Mail Express.

Mail Express Plus is the ONLY place I will ever go to for all of my mailing needs. The Mgr/Owner is one of the Niecest Guys you could ever meet. He is always so helpful and knowledgeable about mailing - shipping - packing supplies and he has the Best Rates in town! His store location is very convenient to be able to just come in drop off your packages or mail and get right back on the road.

There is NEVER a big long line of customers waiting for service and having 2 different entrances to the store, there is always plenty of parking spaces. I give Mail Express Plus an A+!

The gentleman behind the counter had a long line but was very quick and courteous with all the customers. I noticed he had his running shoes on and commented on them and why the fast service.

I just drop mail off here but I have noticed that they get backed up pretty easy, there always does seem to be someone waiting there. But yep, it's a mailing location and they mail your packages like a boss!

Mail Express has poor Customer Service and nearly impossible to get through to on the phone. Nice guys when you speak to them in person. But they never follow up with you. I recommend trying someone else.
