Great service and wonderful management! I would recommend bigge crane to everyone.

Just had an accident where a truck hit a utility pole. This company was brought to work on it and it took them a very long time. Their trucks were blocking the whole street so the people living in the street were not allowed to go in. Not only that but they were on their phones the whole time and right when they we're about to finish putting in the pole someone handed the person a plate of food so they had to stop the process, finish eating and then continue on with where they left off. Pretty un professional. Do not recommend.

Bigge Team saved the day! At my first introduction, they were timely and on the ball. When the team arrived, they must've sensed my anxiety. The operator took the time to explain the what and why of the plan beforehand. The crew was efficient, professional and most importantly SAFE. I would highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat, thank you!

Waste of time, guys spend 6h just to be told that they don't have load no more, and that is on Friday night, Truckers Life Matter

They hire complete dirt bags to operate equipment that do horrible things to people's property in a disaster area. Do not give this company business!

The reason I'm putting a one star rating is do to the fact that I'm here in California working at a job sight with a Bigge crane and the deal is that the person dealing with the crane is so unprofessional, we have an obligation to do, coming from another state to finish a job that has a "DO DATE" by Dec. and the crane driver is taking his sweet time I'm not exaggerating I understand someone walking across 30 feet but taking 30 min to 20min it's not right on top of that his smart remarks such as "well I don't want to but I guess" "um no you guys can't carry that beam" have in mind it's a 600pound beam that's not right, the thing is that this man also takes a lunch at 12 just like the rest of us, we have 1hr of lunch and on top of that as we're taking beams up, material, etc. 301. 19st Oakland i just think it's unprofessional and if the company really is professional something will buy done just a heads up

Leadership seemed overly uptight. Did not get a very good vibe.

Sadly this company does not have personnel respond to your needs. They received payment but their staff did not care to send you releases. It affects us as a customer to get payment from our clients.
