My very worst experience with a transportation company. I purchased a bed and SEKO contracted this company to make the delivery. The delivery instructions were SILVER WHITE GLOVE, which were delivery to room of choice, unpacking, debris removal, light assembly. First the two delivery men didn't want to deliver it to room of choice - which was obviously upstairs to the bedroom.
Then they didn't unpack it or do any assembly. They said they don't do that, that they don't work for the company they were just contracted to deliver. I called SEKO to let them know and they were going to send those two guys back. I have asked them to send someone else as I do not want those two back in my house. I hope people will think before hiring this company for deliveries. I have never in over 50 years had such a bad experience with a delivery company. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating option. They are less than 1star.
