Terrible customer service. Rude and inconsiderate! If you want to feel like you're business is appreciated avoid this place like the plague!

Came in at 6am to pick up coolant and radiator cap that I had called in for the day before so I could swing by in the morning and grab them. Didn't get helped until 645am by the parts guy. A whole 45min with no other customers to get two simple things. I could've gone to the CB store in that time.

The best freightliner dealership hands down. My transmission was having issues, it took the guys a minute to firgure it out but once they knew what was going on the team and Dustin were on it. But, the best part about this location is, it is exceptionally clean, they have free washers and dryers for truckers to use and a really nice, clean theater room!

After a terrible experience in Grand Island I had to drive to Omaha for the part and I was glad I did because just like the truck center of Council Bluff these guys really know how to treat you when you're on the road can you break down when you far away from home you already know you going to have to spend a substantial amount of money and with Rising fuel prices it doesn't make it any easier compounded with the fact that you're broke down and you going to be late with your load you don't need anyone giving you a hard time these guys over here are great by the time I left the counter I was laughing and smiling I gladly paid my $1,000 different facility is huge they have an array of motors in the lobby and may I add that the lobby is clean and spacious but I was very impressed with the motors that's sitting there that you can walk around and look like an exhibit at a museum five stars is hardly enough the customer service went above and beyond and I would suggest if you had a problem anywhere near Omaha or Council Bluffs talk to these guys they definitely know how to treat people

Worst customer service in the world for parts on anyway of the week they don't pick up the phone then when I get there and wait an hour for parts that where called in with quote just down the drains I hate that this is the only dealership open on weekends well if you catch the parts guy because the service guys will sit there an laugh how there is only one parts guy but he is not up front, he is not answering phones so where is he?

Just disappointed because it's like if you tell them you had a bad experience they get mad at you like it's your fault. I can go on forever just sad I wish a GM would really change the way they got it setup because if revenue is there goal they are missing a ton of it.

Bought a used bus, paid cash. It's been 60 days now still no title. Dealership ignores my attempts to inquire about title status. Turned them into the state of Nebraska. Still no title. At the dealership, everyone is friendly clean nice shop. Buyer beware looking like I am going to have to get an attorney and sit Truck Center Corperate in front of a judge to get any results

They were expedient and helpful in solving my coolant leak. The shop guys even stayed late to help me, and this was the day before Christmas eve. Definitely coming back here if I have anymore issues.

Had my truck towed here to have a head put on. Told the guys in service it needed a head that I wanted changed out. They get the truck in the shop stick it on the computer to run an injector test is what I was told. They dropped valves on cylinders 5 and 6 (valves were still in the head before the wrecker hooked to the truck) which went through a brand new turbo (4 days old).

Not sure why a shop would start a truck when you tell them the head is bad and that you want them to change it. Very unprofessional people. After telling them I was going to go another route instead of letting them rebuild the motor. They pulled the truck outside with no hood, no head on the block, in the rain, and didn't even try to cover it. IF YOU CAN FIND ANY OTHER PLACE TO TAKE YOUR TRUCK I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

My 2020 Freightliner needs a new wiring harness I guess. I hate being down but the service department seems to genuinely care. That's important. Hopefully I'll be back on the road soon. Thank you truck center
