My company contacted Select Transportation Service to reserve a roundtrip van for 12-13 people for a company event for 4-6 hours and were told, "We've been doing this for 35 years and we'll have to pass as we do not do concerts." When we tried to explain this wasn't a concert and it was for a pre designated drop off and pick up location, we were still denied business.
I find this completely rude and unprofessional not to mention utterly lazy to flat out decline business before getting all the specifics. As a result we will take our $600 elsewhere to a more reputable company.
