Service Transport

Phone is rarely answered, Gracie and Sean need better costumer service skills. That's all I'm going say.

Pulled in and got a door right away and unloaded within 30 minutes

Picked load up from another trucking company with more trucks than us but loading took two hours.

These people made it happen when I needed them badly had an issue with their truck yet still had another truck come get me same day. Wayne was very helpful drivers were nice

I do not work there but whoever loves God that much you need to work for if you see their trailers and what it says on the side of them Jesus is the only goal to have in life thank you STI love you in Jesus name

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Worked there for a week got lied to, and there equipment is bad, then I got my so called check do not drive for these guys

They were very kind and respectful and customer oriented group of people but I really do like the fact that they take care of the people that work for them it's hard to find that in this world today I would highly recommend them.

We contracted them to handle a load for us from NC to SC. Picked up on a Monday and was supposed to deliver the next morning. They let us know around 1pm on Tuesday they did not have a driver or truck that could deliver the load on Tuesday, and they would deliver on Wednesday morning. We checked with them on Wednesday before lunch and they told us they had a driver out that day and could not deliver.

They are telling us they will deliver first thing Thursday morning. It is 121 miles from the shipper to the consignee and they are taking 3 days to deliver. They may want to consider taking the word "Service" out of their company name or possibly add the word "Poor" in front of it.

Excellent place to work, many drivers have been there for years. Very friendly and as a new driver make you feel like family.
