Shelton Trucking, a PS Logistics company since 2018, is a flatbed trucking company located in Altha, FL. We were founded in 1969, starting with only a few trucks in our fleet. Today our fleet consists of over 300 lease-purchase and owner operator trucks, and 4 terminal locations. Our drivers are home every weekend with the option to stay out longer.
If driver leases our trailer (or has their own) - 75% of linehaul revenue & 100% fuel surcharge. Drive For Gold program allowing our drivers to collect points for safe driving, staying current with training and videos, anniversaries, etc.
We hold orientation every week. Drivers pick up a rental car (provided by Shelton) on Monday, and head to our Altha, FL location. We provide a full lunch for drivers each day they are in orientation. This service is also available to current drivers that are at the location for service or breaks. Our drivers are home every weekend and that includes our drivers in orientation.

Traveling on I 10 watch these trucks. The mud flap was bolted on the back of the bed. Threw a rock out of his duals and busted my windsheild.

Been here for 2 yrs. I have no complaints yet. Just do your job correctly and safe, you will be successful. Consistent freight, choice of loads, and very supportive staff from Mechanics to the Operations Management. Thanks Shelton Team.

Not a bad group of individuals at all. I enjoyed my experience and would work for them again. Everyone I met was nice and polite for the most part. the only problem I had was with the leasing company charging me for a truck I nolonger was in possession of. That was not Shelton trucking fault so I will not put blaim on them. My dispatcher had a small problem with telling the whole truth sometimes but all in all a great group to work with

Well I have been here a year and I thinks that it's a good company. Most of all the staff are friendly. Good equipment. This is my experience with the company.

There was a tornado warning as well as heavy winds and rain. They graciously allowed us to pull in our car and wait in a bay while the weather passed. Thank you so much for helping a family of four stay safe

My contract was just recently terminated. With this company coincidentally after I just come off of medical leave for two weeks.the lease trucks aren't in the best of shape your constantly in the shop getting something done to it, And when your lease is almost up they try to starve you out of the truck or say your not living up to your end of the contract.they act like they care but don't this company really went down hill since Mr Charles has died.if i was you and your trying to work for them i wouldn't don't believe the hype it's just business at the end of the day for them

Worked for Shelton for a year and a half. Really a great place to work. Was told to pull a load, called to make them aware it looked to high. They responded we pulled this load many times. So I went ahead and pulled the load and I was correct it was over 13'6. Apon pulling the load I hit an overpass. Called Shelton and made them aware of the damages.

No tickets were issued there. Then Jason told me to get load to Altha terminal in route I was pulled into a scale where Shelton received an over height citation. DOT officer informed me that this citation was NOT mine it was Shelton's to pay. Shelton bottom line took the $500. 00 out of my last check. This is unacceptable.
