Company never responded back to me. After numerous attempt to contact them I would be leary to now deal with them. Protect yourself and stay away from them.

I could have give this company for 5 stars because LT Johnson was a good site manager. He was a friendly, caring and understanding his employees. When he announced that he was leaving for this company before Thanksgiving; I was unhappy, shocked and hurt. He was the best site manager for Hunt Valley Town Center. Debroy is one of my favorite close hr managers because he cares about his employees. LT Williams has his own sneaky way and he doesn't know how to looking out for his employees.

He is a good site manager but I don't trust him at all. Pros- LT Johnson and Debroy are friendly and caring managers. Cons- Keep your eyes and ears open for Hr Managers will popping up at the site without telling you.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Horrible place to work would not recommend the managers do not communicate. They do not care about your needs and if for any reason you don't work their anymore they won't give your last check

Before the pandemic I gave this company a 7/10 now that this pandemic has been going on I give this company a 3/10. You have officers at different sites liquor stores, grocery, and health facilities. No mask safety gear or anything was given out. I notice this company cares more about their clients than employees. At sites we are asked to do things that is out of our job description but yet we are not given the safety materials what we need.

If we say no to doing that duty due to this virus we get fired for not doing our job even though our health was at risk. We are told to wash our hands and keep it pushing. They call themselves giving out a mini raise but that doesn't compare.

Assured protection is not a good security company to work for. I work with them at harbor East I was a regular security guard Monday-Friday then Saturday and Sunday I was officer in charge they couldn't keep a supervisor on my shift so I was taking over the supervisor position. And they told me that they will give me the position but 2 weeks go by they training someone for the position.

That supervisor didn't last. So I'm back doing supervisor. Then they bring in another supervisor. I use to come to work on my days off stay over for them and everything. This is a terrible company to work for they will use you and then bring other officers in for the position. I wish I could take the one star away because this is a poor company

Worked for them twice. Pretty good company even tho they have their problems but nothing is perfect. Debroy is helpful with finding you employment even if its not your desired schedule. Mrs. Laura is always ready & willing to answer any questions you have. I do not mind working for this company.

Do NOT apply here! They are beyond unprofessional! I received a interview & was told I was hired & that I had to come do some paper work to start my process of getting my guard card. The man I spoke w once arriving to there hunter valley office act as if he didn't know I was coming or knew anything about me. He told me that i had to put my hair in a bun before he could even hire me & that i had to do all this stuff that I wasn't aware of basically I didn't have 3 hrs to spare.

Not to mention I drove 1hr 1/2 to get there just for them to say there's nothing they can do for me! I'm not returning! They are extremely unprofessional. I am not interested in the position anymore! Small companies like this don't deserve contracts!

Although this security company was not the worst to work for, I would not recommend them. They inform their employees that after a 90 probation period without being late, calling out, or getting written up that they'll receive a raise, but this is not always true. Then when you call to question them about it, they just say that they'll look into it but never do anything. Then when you put in your notice, you better use your PTO because they have a Use it or Lose it policy.

This company is by far the worst company to work for! Please people DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They actually took $80 out of my paycheck for a guard card that I never even received, how unfair is that? It takes 90 days to receive a guard card I only worked with the company for 6 days.

I went past my old work site a few days ago and I saw a suggestion box that made me laugh. Assured Protection isn't going to do anything with them suggestions because they don't care about their employees. You are easily dispensable to them. At my interview & at training they mentioned team work & -you scratch our back, we'll scratch yours-. In order to scratch their back, you have to go higher than the normal.

They want you to work OT because they can't find workers to fill shifts because people quit a lot. They quit because the company doesn't treat employees right. I once got a slight joking threat of losing my job from a Manager because I declined working OT at -another- site. Another time I got left on shift because no one came & I had to do a double.

No Supervisor or Manager would come relieve me. Manager said to me -At least you get time and a half-. Time and a half doesn't make up for the wrong of not being relieved. Time and a half is for people who want to do OT, not forced And that's how they scratch your back. They think giving you the normal or below the normal is ok. I say below the normal because they will mess up your pay at times and try not to pay you.

If you do them emergency favors or get left on shift because you didn't get relieved, they should give you Time and 75% or double time. Something more. But they don't go above the normal Time & a half for their employees. When I left, they didn't have any incentives or bonuses. Employee of the month at Hunt Valley. Nothing. And still don't from what I heard If you're looking to get your foot in the door for your guard card, it's fine. Leave as quick as you can after you get your card though
