The few times I've used Tax Air freight in Wisconsin, they been a disappointment. Both times I've dealt with them the shipments have sat in their depot for weeks and you have no recourse. Over & over they'll schedule deliveries, and then never show up. If you have a choice, use another shipping company.

So far so good. I will add or subtract a star. I'm on a nice dedicated run. The equipment is decent. The head boss Tim is kool. They didn't turn their backs on me when I caught bells Palsy. I might grow witoh Tax air. Ok. I'm adding. I quit 2 years ago. I was with the company for 3 years. I only recieved one raise. I left to another company making $4.00 more an hour. Tax tried to give me a $1.00 to stay. Hahahhahhahahah

Very Poor Service! Was told a package was to arrive Tuesday 1/2/2017. According to the tracking number a delivery attempt was made but no one ever showed up to attempt delivery. When I called they said they could get us the package 2 days later. The manager then said he would have to call me back and never did. Horrible, HORRIBLE, service.

Terrible terrible service. I was having patio furniture delivered. They gave me a 4 hr window. 11-3, at 3 I called and asked when they were going to be there, the dispatcher said 45 min., at 4 when no one showed up I called again. They're back, its to late, it will have to be tomorrow. NO CALL FROM THEM to tell me So I waited 5 hrs! for nothing, so she was going to give me another 4 hr window. No, I wanted to be the first delI very, fine. We'll be there from 8-9. Guess who shows up at 7:15 with no apologies.
