Thoroughbred Diesel opened its doors for business in 2001 as a small, local diesel repair shop. The staff at that time, turned wrenches day in and day out while gaining hands on knowledge of products and how to install those products. Four years later in 2005, we entered the world wide web and launched our online store, ThoroughbredDiesel.com. In 2009 we built a new 11,000sq ft.

I have used Thoroughbred Diesel before, and had the opportunity to talk with several people at their booth while attending the ultimate callout challenge 2022. They are knowledgeable and reasonable to work with. I am planning more performance upgrades, and the team was helpful in giving me a path to my goal. The order I made this time was painless and even showed up before the estimated arrival day. (It shipped a day earlier) I would highly recommend these guys for anything diesel related.

Could not ask for better service and support! Shipping is quick, the process is efficient and the people are kind professional and understand customer service. Core return refund was issued immediately. Bought parts had them installed core back to them, and refund on the core inside a week. These guys do it right!

Good place to order parts from. I've used Thoroughbred Diesel in the past and will continue to order from them. Most recently I ordered a Beans fuel sump from them for a build I'm doing. I found that the sump wouldn't work with the ribbed steel fuel tank I am using ( didn't have a large enough flat surface for the sump to work). I reached out to Thoroughbred to return the sump.
They responded quickly. I sent the sump back and ordered Beans mini sump( which fit great). Long story short from the time they sent me an RMA# to the time I received my new sump was less than one week. Good people to work with. The price of the sump was cheaper through Thoroughbred than the manufacturer.

Sold me a part they don't have in stock. I even called before ordering to verify it was the correct part. Sales confirmed it was the correct part but didn't mention they didn't have it. Purchased online & after a week of not hearing anything I followed up to find out neither these guys or their supplier has the part with no eta. Called again yesterday to see what is going on, sales was less than interested in helping. Now I have to invest more time in getting a refund & shopping around again.

Excellent product & support! Ford (the people who built my truck) was unable to correctly identify which of the 4 optional rears was ordered & installed in my truck, hence two incorrectly ordered & received covers.
