Innvoice from Februar 003/T/02/22 for 850 euro still not paid. This company is not paying innoices. Be aware. Problem with loading waiting time 6 hours! problem with loading number. People not responding. Be carefull. I DONT RECOMEND. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible company to work for. they do not care about customers or employees

We use CH Robinson because the company we work with requires it. They are the worst trucking company to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Missed appointments, lack of attention to detail, missed information to insure correct shipping logistics. Start by taking responsibility when you screw up is a great way to improve.

They are 6o slow about loading been here for 2 1/2 hour and have nor got loaded yet

Service is lacking. They are happy to take money from our business, but delivery has been rescheduled five times (so far). They must not be very good at choosing their shipping partners. Only interest in collecting the $.

Nikki Turpin and Lauren Brunton in Texas are literally the worst employees/customer service reps you can have. Their terrible service has completely ruined our years long relationship with this company that was once stellar. Hopefully CH Robinson finds better people so they don't lose more customers like me.

Worst service ever. Can't get ahold of anyone to get the shipment that is already in port. No one answers the phone and no one answers emails. Worst company we have ever worked with or I should say have tried to work with since they don't answer at all.

I booked with them on Wednesday for a Thursday pickup. When they didn't come, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I called them Friday morning and they told me they can't get back to me until Monday. On Monday I spent 3 hours on the phone where they finally told me this isn't their responsibility. That the contracted Shipping company is my problem to call.

I couldn't find a phone number so I called back and got the number only to find out that their server was down since Wed and they had not processed any shipments. They said CH Robinson should have called in the pick up and should have called them to be sure we were in their system. After 3 days and 10 hours of phone calls, I cancelled the pick up and went to a reliable carrier who picked up my load in 2 hours and will deliver in 4 days.

For those of you wondering who the Knight in Shining Armor is - Trump Card Inc. Best transportation company ever. They are a white glove company and treat each customer like they are their only customer. CH Robinson needs to take a class in Customer Service. Pathetic service
