After reading the reviews I arrived only 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. Arrived at 0930 for my 10a appointment. The gate was closed with a number attached on it to call to get in. Make sure you have your appointment number because you cannot get in without it. Called, got my door number and instructions on what to do (open doors, slide tandems, put seal and paperwork in the back, and chock wheels).

The gentleman unloading me got started unloading me right away. Didn't take long at all. And it's big enough to do maneuvers but no overnight parking. But as I was on my way here there's parking on the side of the road in various spots, pick one prior to arriving. I parked about 10 minutes away on the side of the road.

Appointment for 8am, Unloaded by 8:45 am. No overnight parking, the place is gated. Easy in and out.

Super fast! App at 1 pm. Check in at 12:30 pm. Out at 13:10 pm(14 skids). Thank you fellas!

Unloaded there 10 times in last couple months! Every time is 30-45 minutes, full trailer! Do not check in till 30 min before your appointment! No overnight parking, no restrooms!

Worst experience ever drivers don't pick up from this location, would not let you in an hour early. When i ask why No explanation just hang-up the phone. They would not even let you wait inside the property. Never again pick up from this location again.

The ppl are friendly except they won't let you use the restroom and they don't have a portable either, truckers have to take a dump outside between the trailers, embarrassing but when you have to go, you have to go.

ATTENTION TRUCKERS! They literally have one fork lift operator unloading each truck individually! Cheap as*es saving costs on employees! This is unacceptable for such a huge warehouse! Don't bother wasting your time here much earlier than your appointment is!

Very rude people. After I was waiting in the truck for 2 and half hours went inside and I asked her gently how long it's going to take her to unload the trailer bc I have another pick up 2 hours way and don't wanna be late? Her answer was as long as it takes just sit in the truck and chill out. I guess she must get some bonus to give those answers to the truck drivers. No truck parking don't come any earlier then your appointment.
