DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! They issued us a load which honestly wasn't paying a lot. Driver went to pick up the load, in which she was handed a BOL that had the wrong weight. Once the driver got the weigh station, we received a fine due to excess of weight. We paid the fine, had to go down for 10 hours due to violation, and then was courteous enough to take back the load.
After the broker requested all the supporting documentation, they said that we will not pay you since the rate sheet had the right weight. However, the rate sheet had two different weights. They scam people by not acknowledging their mistakes. We will never work with them again.
