Drivers beware! Booked a load thru them from North Carolina to Florida sent me to wrong location to find load didn't belong there. Went to another location to have load refused due to no appointment being made! Sat for for 14 + hrs an all they paid was a lousy layover! Drivers beware! Very poor communication an planning!

Horrible company. Booked a load for saturday pickup, my driver drove 150 miles for pickup, they didnt mention a pickup number so i called saturday, noone amswered my call so i emailed, i got a response the next day on sunday. Came in monday and they said they tried called me a bunch of times, but they somehow forgot there are different way to contact us, like via email, theyre refusing to give me a TONU and they are being rude.
The person i booked with name is mitchel and he staryed ignoring me whenever i asked, only way to get him to respond was contacting his accounting and calling him out. Horrible company, will never ever book with them again.
