They aren't useful in my opinion. Better off contacting the carrier yourself. The answers they provide is typically wrong and there's a HUGE delay in responses.

This review for transportation department of "TranzAct Technologies" called "Capacity and Service Solutions" We have major issue with this company! My truck has been held for 13 hrs at the shipper, we are agreed with a broker about layover for a 150$. The decision on this layover wasn't made on their side for over month and a half. My billing department send an invoice on the original price since we couldn't get any answers from your company except of - "we requested it from the customer, we are working on it, don't call us every day".

Separate invoice were sent for detention only and been submitted by supervisor to their billing department, and it is been another week already since it happened. It is ridiculous for trucking company wait for detention more than 2 month! No one from the company contacted us on their own behalf since the load was delivered. Supervisor is never available. Yea. u got the wrong company buddy. I work here and this is a freight payment and logistics company. Aside from freight carriers, we don't send checks to anyone.
