Triple T Transport

One of the more annoying brokers for drivers. Trying to get sleep in between a long 7/3 split day? Triple T will still call/text you despite your top notch communication up to this point paired with your request to be left alone so you can.you know.sleep? If you do bother to answer their texts or phone calls it's one question followed by 3 more. Lump these guys in with others like TQL and Megacorp in terms of annoyance/inconvenience.

I started my business with just one truck in 2014. I booked my first load with Triple T Transport (Kyle Mckenzie and Levi). When booking my load I told Kyle about my situation and he told me he likes to keep things simple, just pickup the phone and call me if you run into any problems. These guys were very supportive. They got me on my feet. Now run 23 trucks. All thanks to Triple T team.

Had to escalate an issue with a broker with Kyle M. whom oversees the brokerage department. He was very attentive and was able to resolve my issue immediately! I enjoy working with this company- they are dedicated to their customers as well as their carriers! Thanks Kyle- you're making a difference at Triple T!

Carriers please stay away, the cheapest on the market! Also as a carrier I suggest the shippers/customers to stay away from this broker, they get your money and they try to underpay drivers sometimes even under 2$/mile as a result they get the cheapest carrier( or also your loads may sit for days without moving ) and don't even expect a premium service while they underpay drivers! STAY AWAY!

Tried to book a load and do Set up. Lady who handles its asked me what our phone number is. I gave her the dispatch line. Both owners number and she refused to use them or call them because it was not updated online when they searched our mc. Im sorry numbers and things change all the time. Not my fault the system doesn't update fast enough for triple t.

My experience with Triple T. with the bully brokers hasn't always been the best. Some carriers swear by some of the people that work there but others feel intimidated and bullied by them They have some people are just outright rude and of course as most people know, many of the triple T brokers simply lie. Rely about companies they lie about competitors and you know they'll lie about you.

Call badmouth other brokers as well as drivers and dispatchers All that being said, there are good ones, but some of the ones that I worked with are bad. Really bad. They will take smaller companies and abuse both drivers and managers. They will deceive you about a load and tell huge lies such as "oh we just got this one" and they couldn't get anyone to take it for a week

Tripple T is one company I'd call first before anyone else for freight. Each and every broker there would go above and beyond to make sure you get moving but their is one individual there that truly amazes me at what he does. He is one outstanding person that knows what he's doing and doesn't just give you the freight that you inquired about but also asks if u need anything to come back which helps me out in a big way and I'm sure that would help anyone out as well. Mr. Tony schmidt is one guy that every logistics company needs to get freight moving, communicates well with carriers and very respectful. Thank you for all you do sir and thank you tripple T for having great people on your team that represents your company well

I have been hauling loads for this company for a while now and I must say so far so good they are a team of professionals with a network that is meticulously organized. The communication with their office is a 24/7 affair it doesn't matter what time of the night or day you call there will be somebody on the other end to sort out your needs especially with express codes for Lumpers etc.

Their staff members are extremely respectful, friendly and will always talk to you with respect and dignity that we all deserve. Working with you guys has opened my eyes and it's alway a joy serving you. Please keep up the same spirit and morals as this is what we always need when we are behind the wheels!

Great broker to work with. They have great paying loads and great communication. Travis Smith is top notch to work with. He is quick to respond to any problems that may come up during his loads.(if any). He understands the issues we go thru and is there is help at the drop of a hat. I would recommend working with Travis Smith and any of the Triple T team!

Had a Fantastic experience with Andrei Gortchakov. Very professional broker, always so responsive and knows what he is doing! Had the load going from KS to OR, and did a load with this brokerage company before, never had an issue. These guys are the best by far!
